The ease of use to create visually appealing information at the same time as integrating a lot of the software products we already use made it a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics have a time delay which means that 'real-time' information is not readily available and the channels miss a couple of features like polls/surveys but the product roadmap is really strong and new features are added all the time which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Happeo offers a great platform to create an intranet for the organization which integrates all your google applications.
Best of all are the ways to customize to make it perfectly suitable for every organization. Everything can be adjusted to the style and look and feel you like. With templates/styles you can easily apply the same look on every page.

Analytics function in this product could be more advanced to give more insight in the use of the intranet you have set up.

I love that Happeo truly listens to its customer base. They communicate openly with their user community and continually take customer feedback seriously. In the past year that I have been a part of the community, I have seen numerous improvements that have come as a direct result of their communication channels with their customers. Due to their continuous improvements, they recently updated their billing plans. Although I understand the need to shift in billing, I wish the new plans were more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main problem with bigger companies is that we need to make sure everyone has access to all the information they need.

We were looking for a product that allowed us to connect all of our teams no matter where they were in the country. We have serveral teams working remotely, offsite, in partner businesses and in our Retail estate.
Happeo allowed us to integrate with our existing system (we use Google Workspace) to ensure that our teams were involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't really a lot to dislike, and the things that we would like to see are in the pipeline. I guess the limitations of linking with external social media (facebook, linkedin) would be up there. But on the whole its not a barrier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is extremely intuitive and logically structured. It has much more functionality than the previous communication hub we were using. Staff are engaging and providing great feedback about their experience. The customer support we've received from day 1 has been exceptional. When we have a need, they are responsive, and if the capability doesn't currently exist, their staff advocate with their product development team to have it be added when feasible to do so. There are a few features that haven't yet been built into the platform that I'm accustomed to using w/our prior communication hub platform, but Happeo is looking to have those added in response to our and other customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
