I enjoy the wellness monitor feature. I enjoy the customization that the filter allows. I am hopeful that the teacher dashboard and highlights will help facilitate more on-task student engagement during class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our downsides seem unique to our personal school set up; we don't have as much control on our student devices currently as would be ideal for using Hapara and maximizing its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the information is right there for students to see, and it's straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It depends on what your board has subscribed to. We don't have access to highlights, so I can't see what students are doing on their screens from my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that the platform is easy to navigate, offers a wide range of tools suited for different needs, and consistently introduces new features to help maximize usability. Also, their support is fantastic and they've created a wonderful community of users who help each other out and share resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate their "Workspace" feature, but find because of our close integration with Google and Google Classroom, it often feels at worst redundant and at best peripheral. I suppose more training is needed for those users like myself who haven't used it much, to help justify its relevance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hapara is a fantastic learning management system that is teacher and student friendly. You can customize the workspace with the user experience in mind. You can also take advantage of such tools as seeing what the students are browsing and you can control this element of the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the things I dislike about Hapara is setting up the workspaces. There is quite a learning curve in order to figure out the best way to utilize groups, cards, and sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hapara is a great learning management system for organizing content online in both directions. I can provide information to the students and then receive completed work for feedback, all in Hapara. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hapara sometimes can be a little bit of a learning curve. It will take some time to become comfortable ith it, but then it will be very beneficial to you and your students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can pull up their screen in realtime as well. This is good to show that you can see if they are on task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think I dislike anything at all. There are many things I do like about the program. If I had to choose something, I guess that you can't mass send a link to select students . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy using Hapara because of how simple it is to use and how much it supports my classroom environment and productivity. I have 6 classes and can easily and quickly switch between each of them in order to set up new lock sessions, freeze tabs, and kick students off websites. The ability to make groups within rosters is wonderful because at times I don't teach my entire class, and this allows me to not affect all of their screens at once. I definitely recommend Hapara to all teachers, especially middle school! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that could be improved, is at times when I set up a session, it'll only let students go on a Home Screen (even if I select to let students use the whole website). For example this occurs on Kahoot and Blooket! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
