My previous intern introduced me to Handshake, and it's been a great tool. I have two, new interns this summer thanks to the software, and already have another potential intern for 2019. I love that once I've set up my profile and been accepted by universities, the hard part is done. It's just a matter of keeping it up to date, and using a future deadline application I'm comfortable with. But, so far, I've had sufficient applications, and most of them have been a good fit for my business. I've already recommended Handshake to several peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not the most intuitive system. I did have to use the help feature a couple of times to find the things I was looking for, like how to edit the description. But that's really my only complaint with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Handshake as it relates to MSU is a job aggregator. If your employer uses Handshake to hire, you need to be on there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact I can post jobs to multiple universities and colleges at one time, and I can request campus interviews online as well. It is also nice to see the upcoming career fairs information.

An integration with applicant tracking systems would really make this sweet, as well as view logins for hiring managers. I currently have to share what I can see with others, which creates more steps for me.
