What do you like best about Handshake for Employers?

This tool allows me to bridge the gap in college/event recruiting since we can't have face to face time with associates. I can see it expanding to outside of career fair situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handshake for Employers?

The way we currently have set up is that each person gets a set time. While you are flexible in setting that time requirement- at career fairs some conversation lengths vary greatly. Some people may only be looking for 5 minutes and then I am stuck with the last 10 waiting on my next meeting to start while others I may want to talk to further. I wish students would be more responsive. I don't get as many applicants as we hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Handshake for Employers?

Only one thing I like about the software and that is that it did bring in a mega load of applications. Actually, it brought in way to many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handshake for Employers?

What I don't like about Handshake is that it happens to be very confusing to use from the point of view of the job poster. I found that it had way too many options for this and that. Seemed to send me way to many emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Handshake for Employers?

I love that you can enter the job posting one time and assign as many schools as you like to receive the posting. I also like that they email me when the posting is expiring and I can extend the postings to all the schools/colleges at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handshake for Employers?

Sometimes I don't understand why a school declines to post the position. I don't like the number of emails I receive as each school emails to let you know that they have posted the job or declined to post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
