What do you like best about HALO?

That the employee can order their own gifts. The gifts arrive fast. That they change the selection periodically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HALO?

When an employee is non-eligible for a gift to take them out of the program the form that has to be completed online asks for a lot of useless information that is required to be filled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't had any issues since the first year we began using Halo. Since the first year using Halo everything has gone smoothly. When I did have issues in the first year Ruena was always there to help and always answered quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HALO?

What I like best is the excellent and quick service, and the very nice personnel. The employees answer all my questions. They reply all emails and fast. They suggest solutions to my problems and find the best way to fix them. For example, my company did not received all of the gifts as they were supposed to, but the HALO personnel sent them as soon as we got in contact and they revised that happened. Also they Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HALO?

My only dislike at the moment would be the prices of the gifts in the catalogue and the process it takes to have a control of the awards the employees select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped me with my internship project. They have been very helpful, they explain to me everything in detail, they take time to listen and they propose solutions to my problems. I have had no real prpblems in my time using HALO Recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way to be contacted prior to sending out our orders to verify if we have had any termiantions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In previous years it was a great way to get together and celebrate with employees during a ceromony with cake. We did this quarterly. Since COVID we have not been able to meet with the employees and I feel as if we are losing some ground in engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
