What do you like best about HALO?

I like how they have everything all in one packet ready to go for me to present to the employee. They have an amazing gift selections in various price ranges. Their customer services is outstanding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HALO:

I did a lot of research before selecting to use HALO Recognition for our service awards. They are comparable with others, but the packet presentation, along with their customer service was hands down the best. I asked for a variety of sample packets during our meeting and I had the online version that same afternoon and the hard copy the following day. Their customer service is hands down the best! Our employees are impressed with the ease of selecting an item of their choice and ordering it. I'm very pleased with HALO Recognition and look forward to working with them for years to come! What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We haven't had any problems to date with HALO Recognition. One of the many benefits is they send in emails just to check in and make sure everything is still going well. What do you like best about HALO?

Halo team has been able to create many solutions to our ever changing workforce needs. They keep reward options relevant and have great customer service for our employees to use. In addition to our anniversary program, we have used Halo to administer our Total Wellness rewards redemption platform that was easy to create with our account manager. Additionally, we are currently working together to implement a completely paperless process for our Spotlight awards. This will not only free up ink, paper and administrative resources but it will improve the overall experience the employee and manager has while going through the process. What problems is HALO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having to provide the anniversary levels/years of service projections in November when we have not processed our Annual Reviews to be able to determine level eligibility (this is really an internal problem for Kinecta. I have realized that when we have a new idea to roll out, Halo is there to easily suggest and implement for us. Our account representative has come out multiple times throughout the year to check on how the programs, quality of products and customer service is going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
