What do you like best about HALO?

Recommendations to others considering HALO:

It is best to get the buy in from the top executives and/or leadership prior to rolling the program out. Most companies prefer to give a monetary gift for recognition but this program is much better use of company funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The presentation is wonderful. Employees really feel recognized when they open up their blue and gold box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The timing. We would love to send out recognition monthly instead of quarterly and receive boxes in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
