What do you like best about HALO?

The HALO team was professional, well organized, and knowledgeable of their product and industry trends. The implementation process was a great experience and HALO was a pleasure to work with. Before rolling out a recognition program, meet internally with all key stakeholders to have a strong general sense of what type of program you would like to have with an understanding of the following: award eligibility, budgets, invoicing, award vehicles, etc. This will help create focused vendor discussion and planning interactions. Employee's will become team players when recognition and incentives are implemented in the workplace. If you don't have a program like this already you are missing out the opportunity to let your staff know how valuable there contributions are to your company. We implemented a service anniversary program that had been eliminated when we were acquired by Braskem. But due to team member feedback, we brought the program back and have expanded the program to all team members and added a retirement gift program. What do you like best about HALO?

Whenever we have an issue they are always wiling to do whatever it takes to resolve it. It's a good team, particularly with Cynthia Russo and Robert Hannagan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HALO?

HALO offers many tiers of recognition for employees at all different years of service milestones. Our employees appreciate receiving a personalized certificate, signed by the General Manager, and they enjoy picking out a gift of their choice to celebrate their milestone. We often have employees tell us that every time they look at the item they selected, they're reminded of the hotel, and that is very special. We've also heard feedback that this is something other workplaces do not provide, so it's nice to know that we're providing something they see as a benefit. I also appreciate the Customer Service aspect of HALO. Whenever I've run into an issue, or a question comes up, whether it's about billing/invoices or about an employee's recognition gift, I always receive a response quickly, resolving the issue promptly. What do you dislike about HALO?

There is nothing I dislike; I am very happy with the program, and hear great feedback from our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We solve the problem of personalized recognition by allowing employees to select a gift that they want. It's nice to know that instead of picking out something you think is valuable to someone, they are able to select it themselves, leading to higher employee appreciation and satisfaction.
