Our rep and customer service partner are both great (Renee Stern and Emmy Panganiban) and very easy to work with. Any time we have a question or issue, they respond and resolve it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been a few issues with inventory this year (our of HALO's control) that have been frustrating for our team members. We had team members select a gift, but by the time it was 'pulled' from inventory it was out of stock, so they had to reselect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The coordinators are now able to manage employees who receives and who does not receive a gift via the reporting portal (Halo Direct). Our account representatives are attentive and very thorough in answering our questions and following-up on previous requests in a timely fashion. We had the same vendor for 18 years. What is there not to like. :-) This is the company's 2nd year with HALO and they have happily met our expectations. We are currently working out a few kinks (things that come up that you did not anticipate). We know that as each year passes, and we enhance the program, even more, it will be a program that employees constantly brag about because employees love celebrating milestones and this program formally recognizes all of their contributions to the company. Working with HALO they have really been flexible whenever we have had unique situations come up and have always been eager to assist us in figuring out next steps. With the recent pandemic they were able to pivot easily to make sure our employees received their awards no matter where they were working due to some of our typical options being closed.
