Its a decent service that helps track employee recognition so you don't have to worry about it nearly as much. The awards offered in the gift catalog are attractive and not cheap looking for the most part (based on years of service, the least years of service catalog offerings could be improved somewhat). I would recommend Halo because of their multi-faceted solutions for your organization's specific needs. Our organization has several rewards and recognition programs that we have entrusted Halo to help make those programs great. No matter what our needs have been Halo has found a solution. Halo has offered multiple paperless platforms as a solution to our rewards and recognition programs. The solutions have relieved administrative burden and expedited the time an employee actually receives their award after the manager has submitted, making the experience relevant for the employee, vs. a few days after the fact. Most recently, we had to find a solution to no longer offering internal gift cards (we are a financial institution) that was causing us to physically go in to the store multiple times per week, mail out physical gift cards and submit expense reports as a result of multiple transactions. We spoke with our Halo team and they were able to offer an online platform to allow nominations, approvals and sending out awards to our employees to redeem their gift cards online to be mailed directly to their home. We have solved the problem of how to include our International team in the recognition process. HALO was able to offer a best in class option that really put us in a position to show our International partners that they are a part of the overall global team!
