Haia is an online events platform that is designed for the end user i.e what I mean here is that Haia Timelines are very helpful, the networking facility is excellent and mainly the fact that you can run Hybrid events on the system as a user who has been using MS Teams, Webex, Chime, Zoom for ages , Haia is the first system that is actually an online/Hybrid Events System rather than a video conferencing system. Haia Timelines and Networking are excellent features and provide the event managers with an easy way to set up events. One of the most important features is the use of Language Technologies to present content and talks to users in their chosen language and I hope to see features to do with converting speech into BSL as well in the Future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment no downsides, the development team and marketing team at Haia have obviously consulted their users and focus groups and it shows in the final product/system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of the platform, the way it replicates an in-person event and the best parts of them seamlessly online and the translation integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's the perfect platform and I'm aware that there are more features on the way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to plan an event using Haia's innovative event builder. Can get fully featured events up and running in minutes.
Being able to separate event days into stages and sessions means a fully multi-layered experience for attendees and participants.
The recent addition of interpreter functionality is a very welcome feature for us in Wales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pre-defined event templates would be great, but this is already on the Haia roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The unique timeline to help organise events plus the ease of hybrid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a new platform in Beta but that's not a negative really, just an acceptance that it's constantly improving! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haia was easy to use and intuitive. It was straightforward to join the event, and tools such as screen sharing and chat functions were easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As someone delivering a presentation I would have preferred to see other people on the screen to gauge reactions. However, appreciate this isn't for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haia provides a really great platform for events that no other platform seems to facilitate, including a translation service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. The platform caters for all and more of what I needed from an online event platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Timeline view and the ability to understand at a glance agenda status, event tracks/stream, attendee status and ease of navigation against other types of hybrid event platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the avatar designs could be improved or the ability to design of your own could be introduced. Frame adjustment to resize is in beta with office software integration would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating events using Haia is so simple, it guides you through the process step by step and allows you to edit, review and publish. What I like most is the ability to add different session types such as networking, videos, presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I dislike, great platform for hybrid events. Makes event creating and management easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is intuitive and considers the wider context of online events rather than just traditional video conferencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some cool features which are coming but not developed yet :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
