Since the implementation of Guusto, many of our local leaders have been able to easily and consistently provide positive recognition to all our users. It takes just a few minutes to make a post and share it with that person and their leaders if not one of your own. We have definitely seen an improved work environment and healthy competition to get more recognition and rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin, when setting up birthdays, is defaulted to be the top person every month for recognition so no one else can be number 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a very simple platform with clear guidelines. It's very easy to use and it feels intuitive. The variety of merchant offered is very good for our company; we have employees all over Canada and USA. Being able to change the language is also a good option, it suits the employees that has some difficulties with english. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I dislike about Guusto... It's a complete and simple platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Guusto is ridiculously intuitive and easy to work with, making sending and managing rewards as easy as pie. The simplicity of use makes it fit either once or often. I also love how it provides a flexibility choice of gifts for recipients, allowing them to choose what is best for them. It is very considerate to recognize and reward a colleague, employee, or partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it has been pretty smooth, I did have one little snag. But having contacted their support through live chat, they were efficient, professional, and very much helpful in getting the problem solved. Maybe one day, more features or more integrations could be nice, but for what it says it does, Guusto delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Guusto is an excellent platform for delivering thoughtful and flexible rewards. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to send digital gift cards, and the variety of retailers ensures there’s something for everyone. I especially appreciate the instant delivery and the option for recipients to choose their preferred gift. It’s perfect for recognizing employees, colleagues, or anyone deserving of appreciation. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Guusto offers a great concept for gifting, their payment and account top-up process leaves much to be desired. The system feels cumbersome, with having to send an e-transfer, then an email to the accounting department. Streamlining this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience. I like that that user expirence, specfically navigation and layout, is easy to understand for a new user. I was able to understand and navigate myself around the site with ease and I didn't have to conslut help. Beyond the navigation, customer support was excellent! I had an inqury about using the rewards against a vendor that I didn't see, the support person explained that it was an HR decision and not an issue with the platform. This is a bit of a nitpick but I really wish there was a dark mode for the user interface. Most modern sites implement this and I use it whereever possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guusto has been an excellent tool for us, especially for sending rewards cards to group bookings and recognizing our team members internally. It offers a wide range of vendors to choose from, which ensures there's something for everyone. This variety makes it easy to personalize rewards and provide meaningful gestures of appreciation, whether for guests or staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where Guusto could improve is the redemption process, as some guests occasionally face challenges navigating it. Additionally, the frequent changes among Canadian vendors can lead to disappointment when a preferred option is no longer available. These issues can detract from the seamless experience we aim to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about Guusto was that I had a free option to use the platform. Sometimes what you have in mind is not exactly what you are getting and you don't know it until you try it out. I was looking for a simple platform where I share a link with someone and have the recipient choose a gift card from a variety of retailers and restaurants. Simple. What I disliked about Guusto was that my preferred option for funding my workspace is a credit card and that makes my free option not-so-free. On the same token, Guusto has a couple of methods to fund your account which incur no fees but I did not understand this until I signed up for an account. Passing on the convenience fee to the buyer is not a dealbreaker but I would have liked to know this before signing up for an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Guusto is how incredibly user-friendly it is. It’s so easy to use for a variety of purposes, from celebrating anniversaries and recognizing employees to organizing thoughtful rewards for our company book club. It’s a versatile platform that makes gifting simple and efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s not much I dislike about Guusto, as it works seamlessly for most of our needs. The only improvement I’d suggest is having a feature that automatically remembers customers or recipients who have been sent gift cards in the past, which would make repeat gifting even more convenient. Gusto's ease of use is one of its standout features. The intuitive interface makes it simple to navigate, allowing users to quickly find what they need without unnecessary complexity. One aspect I particularly like is how effortless it is to select and locate the person you're looking for. Whether you're managing employees, contractors, or team members, the search and filtering options are straightforward and efficient. This functionality not only saves time but also ensures you can focus on the task at hand without getting bogged down in cumbersome processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly nothing really to dislike. Its a great system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Guusto as an employee for three years, and have both received rewards and sent gifts to coworkers. It's super simple to manage outstanding gifts, and I've been happy with the availability of merchants for redeeming gifts. Sending gifts is very straightforward as well -- there is an initial step for loading funds into your account, and afterwards it's as simple as defining amounts and recepients. Guusto offers advanced customization and scheduling on rewards as well, though I haven't needed to make use of it yet. I love that it is mobile-responsive so I can use it on my phone. There are some minor UX quibbles that don't significantly affect the functionality of the page. Overall there is very little to complain about as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
