What do you like best about Guusto?

Since the implementation of Guusto, many of our local leaders have been able to easily and consistently provide positive recognition to all our users. It takes just a few minutes to make a post and share it with that person and their leaders if not one of your own. We have definitely seen an improved work environment and healthy competition to get more recognition and rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

The admin, when setting up birthdays, is defaulted to be the top person every month for recognition so no one else can be number 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

After visiting many different accounts with in our company, I heard over and over again that employees felt sometimes that their leaders didn't like them or appreciate their work. When I would talk to the leader they bosted about that same employee being a great employee, but never actually told them that themselves. The leaders didn't know the best way to consistently recognize their employees and now with Guusto they know exactly where and how to show their appreciation. What do you like best about Guusto?

It has a very simple platform with clear guidelines. It's very easy to use and it feels intuitive. The variety of merchant offered is very good for our company; we have employees all over Canada and USA. Being able to change the language is also a good option, it suits the employees that has some difficulties with english. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

There is not much I dislike about Guusto... It's a complete and simple platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue with peer recognition. I mean, within the company and between the employees of the plant, we do share the "good moves" and "well done" moments, but it stays there. The people in Victoria doesn't know that Jimmy from Calgary went all out and it ended up in closing a huge sale. The peer-to-peer recognition program that Guusto offers allows for everyone in the company to recognise the efforts of anyone from anywhere within the company. It entices the mployees to open up to the other plants and solidifies the link between all employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is ridiculously intuitive and easy to work with, making sending and managing rewards as easy as pie. The simplicity of use makes it fit either once or often. I also love how it provides a flexibility choice of gifts for recipients, allowing them to choose what is best for them. It is very considerate to recognize and reward a colleague, employee, or partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

While it has been pretty smooth, I did have one little snag. But having contacted their support through live chat, they were efficient, professional, and very much helpful in getting the problem solved. Maybe one day, more features or more integrations could be nice, but for what it says it does, Guusto delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

employee receiving the reward through Guusto, it is almost a personal thing since the platform is very flexible in case the recipients want a gift that may have true meaning to them. It does not include impersonal rewards tussles and offers appreciation which can be both tangible and meaningful.

It also allows for a culture of recognition to be provided in the form of morale boosts—one feels valued for their contributions. Knowing this—that my efforts are noticed, easily and with no hassle—motivates me to keep participating and to do my utmost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is an excellent platform for delivering thoughtful and flexible rewards. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to send digital gift cards, and the variety of retailers ensures there’s something for everyone. I especially appreciate the instant delivery and the option for recipients to choose their preferred gift. It’s perfect for recognizing employees, colleagues, or anyone deserving of appreciation. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

While Guusto offers a great concept for gifting, their payment and account top-up process leaves much to be desired. The system feels cumbersome, with having to send an e-transfer, then an email to the accounting department. Streamlining this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guusto solves the challenge of recognizing and rewarding people in a meaningful and efficient way. By offering digital gift cards that recipients can redeem at a variety of retailers, it eliminates the hassle of picking specific gifts or dealing with physical cards. This flexibility ensures that everyone gets something they truly value.

For businesses, it simplifies employee recognition, improves morale, and fosters a culture of appreciation. For personal use, it makes gifting easy, especially for last-minute occasions or when you're unsure of someone's preferences. Overall, Guusto saves time, enhances relationships, and makes gifting more thoughtful and impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

I like that that user expirence, specfically navigation and layout, is easy to understand for a new user. I was able to understand and navigate myself around the site with ease and I didn't have to conslut help. Beyond the navigation, customer support was excellent! I had an inqury about using the rewards against a vendor that I didn't see, the support person explained that it was an HR decision and not an issue with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

This is a bit of a nitpick but I really wish there was a dark mode for the user interface. Most modern sites implement this and I use it whereever possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guusto is solving the problem of recognition and reward delivery and management. A big benefit to me is the notifications and ability to quickly receive a reward and to give thanks to the send in one single screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto has been an excellent tool for us, especially for sending rewards cards to group bookings and recognizing our team members internally. It offers a wide range of vendors to choose from, which ensures there's something for everyone. This variety makes it easy to personalize rewards and provide meaningful gestures of appreciation, whether for guests or staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

One area where Guusto could improve is the redemption process, as some guests occasionally face challenges navigating it. Additionally, the frequent changes among Canadian vendors can lead to disappointment when a preferred option is no longer available. These issues can detract from the seamless experience we aim to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guusto eliminates the hassle of physically mailing gift cards, streamlining the process of rewarding both guests and team members. This convenience saves time and effort, ensuring that rewards are delivered quickly and efficiently. It also allows us to personalize rewards with its wide range of vendor options, enhancing the overall experience for recipients while simplifying our workflow. What do you like best about Guusto?

What I liked best about Guusto was that I had a free option to use the platform. Sometimes what you have in mind is not exactly what you are getting and you don't know it until you try it out. I was looking for a simple platform where I share a link with someone and have the recipient choose a gift card from a variety of retailers and restaurants. Simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

What I disliked about Guusto was that my preferred option for funding my workspace is a credit card and that makes my free option not-so-free. On the same token, Guusto has a couple of methods to fund your account which incur no fees but I did not understand this until I signed up for an account. Passing on the convenience fee to the buyer is not a dealbreaker but I would have liked to know this before signing up for an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found that Guusto provided appealing options for the recipient to choose from. In the past, we gave out gift cards to team for the same retailer. Most were happy but there is always someone who is not so happy. With Guusto, we can put a dollar limit out there and the recipient has about 100 options to choose from eateries to retail to airlines. At the same time, we can also choose a specific retailer if we really want to. Flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Guusto is how incredibly user-friendly it is. It’s so easy to use for a variety of purposes, from celebrating anniversaries and recognizing employees to organizing thoughtful rewards for our company book club. It’s a versatile platform that makes gifting simple and efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

There’s not much I dislike about Guusto, as it works seamlessly for most of our needs. The only improvement I’d suggest is having a feature that automatically remembers customers or recipients who have been sent gift cards in the past, which would make repeat gifting even more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Guusto?

I've been using Guusto as an employee for three years, and have both received rewards and sent gifts to coworkers. It's super simple to manage outstanding gifts, and I've been happy with the availability of merchants for redeeming gifts. Sending gifts is very straightforward as well -- there is an initial step for loading funds into your account, and afterwards it's as simple as defining amounts and recepients. Guusto offers advanced customization and scheduling on rewards as well, though I haven't needed to make use of it yet. I love that it is mobile-responsive so I can use it on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

There are some minor UX quibbles that don't significantly affect the functionality of the page. Overall there is very little to complain about as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an end-user of Guusto my main use-case is receiving rewards and gifts. Since Guusto makes sending gifts so seamless, my organization uses it quite often, so I've been benefiting quite a lot from that. The merchant selection is pretty wide, so I've never had trouble finding rewards that I want. I've sent gifts to coworkers as well - usually as a means for celebrating wins and notable events, and sometimes as prizes. The flexibility of sending a gift card that can be redeemed in so many ways makes it easy to bring my team together no matter where we live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
