Dès le moment que j'ai eu certains questionnements, Guusto a su me guider au travers ces derniers et ce, dans les plus bref délais. De plus, la plateforme est très simple a utiliser et a comprendre. Très difficile à dire, la seule chose qui me vient à l'esprit est que j'aimerais avoir accès à certaine carte cadeau qui ne sont pas parmi les options tels que ''Subway''. Dans les grandes entreprises comme celle ou je travaille présentement, il est parfois difficile d'avoir accès à de la reconnaissance pour son travail, cependant grâce à Guusto ce problème est résolu. Tous ont accès a de la reconnaissance à la hauteur de leur rendement de façon personnalisé et rapide. Guusto offre la possibilité aux employés de se sentir valorisé à leur juste valeur.
