What do you like best about Guru?

Guru makes it easy to find quality knowledge cards quickly, it is very user-friendly, easy to update existing info, seamless to create new cards, and its SEO capabilities within our organization are great. Our knowledge team set up our knowledge base with ease and allow us to verify existing cards while also creating new ones. I am a daily user of this wonderful program for nearly 4 years. It allows me and our entire customer support team to provide better, more personalized, quality care to our clients at a growing volume photography software company. What do you dislike about Guru?

Guru's browser extension sometimes does not work natively. It is also subject to a learning curve that takes time to digest and fully grasp. These are only minor hudles to go through however and do not really affect my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

Guru used to be phenomenal with integrations. At the click of a user's mouse, they can get all of the answers to their questions effortlessly, regardless of where they are in processes. Additionally, it is so easy to segment collections by teams, ensure information is verified and updated, and see all of the relevant analytics at a glance for user groups. What do you dislike about Guru?

Account management has become very poor and negligent. Even as an admin, you cannot make adjustments to many settings unless you contact a member of Support, which takes a long period of time without useful answers, or the account manager. Settings are not clearly distinguished and adjustments to billing is essentially non-existent without additional escalation. The treatment of users and companies should be better. What do you like best about Guru?

Guru has been a game changer for our team that delivers medical care both in person, and virtually. It has allowed everyone to be able to access the same information across all teams without having to find things that are up to date on Google Drive. It has given us so much more control over the way we communicate across teams, and has allowed for much better collaboration and sharing. We originally only implemented it for our patient facing teams, but now all of the teams on our company want it too!

Guru was super helpful in making sure we were set up for implementation success, and have continued to offer helpful support in making sure we continue to improve the tool. I would highly recommend Guru to any team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Like any tool, there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to integrate Guru with our LMS effectively, so we struggle to make sure our trainings stay up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

The Guru interface when searching using the correct key words will led you right away to the thing that you needed. The Guru updates are can easy to understand. You can easily locate new Gurus since it has notification on the announce on the right corner. You can saved the most commonly used Guru so you can easily access it when supporting customers. We use it on our daily work to support our customer and know the right way to do it. What do you like best about Guru?

We have appreciated Guru's ease of use, by far. It was also dead simple to migrate our existing knowledge base information from Confluence. Setup was extremely straightforward and transparent, and led to the quick uptake of the KB by all the teams in the company.

Customer support was (and continues to be) world-class—I cannot say enough about the attention to detail by Guru's CS teams. This alone was worth the cost of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

As far as a presentation vehicle, Guru is fairly basic; but what I've since discovered is that Guru's functionality as a writing tool is highly underrated! What do you like best about Guru?

I've been using GURU for more than 3 years under the role of Customer Support under a daily basis of use. You can easily select, group, edit, customize and favorite the cards to maximize team's productivity. It's of easy implementation and easy to integrsate with other Customer Support tools creating a nice productive tool and very adaptabl also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

I really find the lack of personalization a bit off. I mean, more themes, more colors and things as such. But being honest, this is not a downgrade of the tool in my eyes. It's just some optional ireelevant stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

I am a new hire for our company. Of all the tools that I used in my previous company, Guru Cards help me a lot as a Customer Support as it is precise and well coordinated with the questions and queries asked. Navigation wise is very good and the information and process to the certain problem we ask is very detailed. What do you dislike about Guru?

If there is one thing I dislike, it could be about the integration of specific usage and the need to gather more questions to provide data and support information. What do you like best about Guru?

Guru has helped me immensely by providing resources for me to find categorized information at work.

Being able to quickly search for answers when memory fails is invaluable.

There are countless times where I've truly been saved by being able to come to Guru for quick answers while in a phonecall for example. It's very hard to multitask when a customer is talking to you, so having a place to go when there is no one to ask has been a life saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

There are some times where the loading times have been a little bit sluggish, however I think that could be due to our own internet connection.

What do you like best about Guru?

I love that all the things I need are right there in Guru. I am able to ascess it so easily and know that it is a source of truth where all things can live. It has been really easy to show employees where to look for things and use the search feature! Being able to hop on and acess the information consistently is so helpful to achieve all tasks. What do you like best about Guru?

We chose Guru because of its intuitive and modern interface. We love that it integrates with just about every tool and meets people where they work. I also felt like the team supporting us from Guru on the sales and account management side were very helpful, but honestly, it's such a simple tool, that we didn't need too much support for implementation. The implementation process was pretty straightforward and the rollout went as smooth as possible. My favorite part about Guru is that they are constantly developing new features.
