Guru is very easy to use.
It has an intuitive and pretty design (which is something I pay attention to a lot!) and is also very simple overall. I had no issues learning how to use it. One thing I appreciate very much is that when you click on a link it opens a pop-up within the same window you are using, it doesn't redirect you to another page or open another tab. We use it for documenting workflows within our project and it's my go-to reference anytime I need to check something when in doubt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike, though I wish there was a dark mode option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the main things that stand out about Guru is the use of Guru AI. This is a great feature that simplifies the process of finding information. It is simplistic and accurate. Also, the fact that you can integrate Guru with other apps such as Google and Slack for easy interrraction. I use Guru everyday in my workplace and I don't think they could have done it any better. As a work knowledgebase that I use on a daily basis, I like how Guru organizes information into chapters, and bits/cards which makes it easy to use. Also the ability to group the cards and make a list for easy reference is a great feature. Secondly, the integration of Guru AI makes it easy to pinpoint information by doing the search for the user, and citing the source cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI tool is really helpful. It integrates with Slack so well and helps make it easy to import previous tribal knowledge by syncing with existing FAQ channels as knowledge sources. Coming from a place where we didn't have a good starting spot, this pushed us forward and gave our process documentation a launching point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our support team uses a shared log in for a lot of services, but this wasn't possible with the slack integration. Factor that into pricing when making a decision. It's still worth it in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature that I love the most in the app is that the app is very user-friendly, that helps us to navigate on the tool easily so that, I am finding the most suitable article for the situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually, everything is great in the Guru app, since the app consists of complete information and in addition to that, the app is our knowledge base tool, with that being said, it is a very powerful app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Guru is its ability to provide instant, reliable access to knowledge right when you need it. Whether you're looking for detailed information, quick answers, or step-by-step guidance, Guru makes it easy to find and share the insights that matter most. It streamlines collaboration across teams by organizing critical knowledge in one accessible place, reducing time wasted searching for information and ensuring everyone stays aligned. The platform’s intuitive interface and powerful search functionality enhance productivity and help build a culture of knowledge-sharing, making it a valuable tool for any organization. While Guru is a powerful tool for knowledge management, there are a few areas where it could improve. As our knowledge base grows, it can sometimes be challenging to keep everything up-to-date and well-organized, which may lead to occasional outdated or duplicate information. Although the search functionality is generally strong, it can sometimes return an overwhelming number of results, making it harder to pinpoint the exact answer quickly. Additionally, the initial setup and ongoing maintenance require a bit of time and effort, especially for teams that are new to structured knowledge management. Addressing these challenges could make an already valuable platform even more efficient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guru makes accessing information incredibly easy and convenient. The platform’s intuitive design and automatic updates ensure that I receive the latest announcements and relevant info in real time. This saves me from needing to reach out to colleagues or support channels for updates, enabling me to work more efficiently. With Guru, I can quickly stay informed on any changes or new practices, making it an invaluable tool in my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much I dislike about Guru, but I have noticed that the platform can sometimes lag when there’s an overload of Guru Cards. It would be great if the platform could streamline or prioritize content when there’s a large volume of information, to maintain its usual speed and responsiveness. I really like using Guro, it is great to have it. I use Guru every day at work and it helps me with many internal and sensitive data that the company has. I worked remotely and Guro has been an awesome helper in my work daily activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I do not have anything I do not like from Guru. I use it daily at work and it is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Guru is their "All Collections" tab. It is basically the compilation of all Guru cards related to a specific line of business. If you are promoting a systematic review of Guru cards available to your LOB, you can definitely start there and you won't get lost in between Guru cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its "search" feature wherein you have to enter specific words in order to come up with a result. Although it definitely drives deep understanding of Guru cards for you to effectively search in it, this kind of search feature will be an obstacle to newbies who are not familiar to a process.
