I like Guru because i keeps all information in one place and makes it easy to access when needed. The browser extension is very useful for quick answer without leaving my workflow.It also helps our team stay consistent by sharing verified knowledge,so everyone has the right information at the right time.

Since we are using a lot of Guru cards, it's kind of hard to check the updates for each of our policy. The Guru app has a feature that notifies the user for updates and to check the history of the updates for a specific Guru card.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

I'm looking to see a feature where we can send a direct message to the author for clarifications or feedback.

Sometimes, it is taking me a long time looking for an article. It is now easier for me to look for the answer simply by just asking the Guru a question.

I appreciate Guru for helping me find verified documents without having to reach out to others; it lets me take the latest peak on what's updated. I like the organized documents on the sidebar, which makes finding things super easy for me. One time, I remembered to check the sidebar when looking for my Holidays calendar under the HR section, and it was incredibly simple to find. Additionally, our People team found the initial setup to be super easy.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

It is easy to use, and is able to contain all the necessary information that I might need. It also allow us to add info to it in case we consider that we can help with a case in specific. I use it pretty much every day so it has become a main tool in my arsenal.

Tbh, the only thing is that sometimes some GC are not updated, but I would say thats not fault of GURU itself so , apart from that, would say that is perfect.

it allows me to access general information about situations, cases, etc. that presents in my line of work, allowing me to have specific context of situations as well as possible next steps.

I like how easy Guru is to use and how just easy it is to navigate. It's a great UI. The setup was pretty easy too; we were all up and running the same day it was announced at an all-hands meeting, and everyone has been able to use it with ease. I think it's a great platform.

Guru makes it very straightforward to find and hire freelancers. The posting is quick, and I was able to start getting proposals within hours. I like how the platform keeps all communication, files, and milestone in one place, so I don't have to manage things through multiple tools. And it is easy to use, I use this regularly for to medium projects, and payment through the system feels secure. Customer support is also good

As of now I don't see anything where I stuck, it works well nothing from my side.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

My team loves Guru. We use it for event management and to house details of every event we're attending. I love that I can tag and update my team on Cards that have new information, and how they can easily access every Card from the Guru App. Guru is very simple to use. Once you figure out how you want your information to be organized, building it out is easy! I also love the custom Template feature because a lot of my Cards are similarly built. This saves me so much time when setting up each Card. Both my team and I are in Guru multiple times a day and we have found that this is the best and fastest way to get information updates, while keeping all details in a clean home.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

There are a few annoying tech glitches but nothing that hasn't been fixed when I bring it up to their support team. I seem to find these glitches when I'm moving too fast in the program and it can't keep up with me! But like I mentioned, when I bring things up to their support team, they have addressed my concerns very quickly and a lot of times, have it fixed within 24 hours. It's honestly amazing how quickly they can make updates.

We used to have these issues:
-Nowhere to house all of our event details
-No updates on new information
-No ease of finding details
-Tons of questions from event attendees because they were not set up for success

What I like the most about Guru is how easy for me to use it because of the search criteria. It's just like Google, search for the keyword and the most relevant Guru cards will show up.

I don't think Guru has something like this, but in the span of almost 2 years using Guru, I only experienced one downside, which was the slow loading of Guru Cards. Don't know if it's because of the Internet or what.

Guru helps me resolve all my customer's concerns since it guides me to the proper resolution of the issue that they're having. Guru also helps me avoid certain actions that can lead to Critical Fail in our Line of Business.

Search is fast and reliable, and the verification system helps keep content accurate and up to date. It’s saved our CS team a ton of time and improved consistency across the board.

It takes effort to keep things organized. If you don’t stay on top of card ownership and verification, it can get messy fast. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when getting the team to fully adopt it, you need to make Guru part of your day-to-day flow or people will default to old habits like pinging in Slack.

Also, a collection feature to save your more useful cards with a system of updates that keeps you engaged

AI can sometimes invent the replies which can be confusing and the collection feature is not very user-friendly

Guru makes it easy to connect with freelancers who have the exact skills I'm looking for. Guru interface is easy to use user can navigate things smoothly, and i like that I can review detailed profiles before reaching out. And the built in Workroom feature is useful for keeping all project communication and files in one place. And it's a amazing platform for skilled freelancer who search good opportunities. Payment through the platform feel secure, and i have been able to successfully complete several projects without issues.  I use this regularly whenever i stuck in my project and i need some help.

As of now i haven't sees any issues with Guru. everything is going smoothly

What I like best about Guru is how easy it makes it to find up-to-date information quickly. It keeps everything organized in one place, so our team can stay aligned and confident that we’re using the most accurate processes and messaging. It’s especially helpful for onboarding new team members, keeping track of SOPs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

One thing I dislike about Guru is that it can sometimes be hard to find the exact card I’m looking for, especially when there are similar titles or tags. It would be helpful to have more intuitive search filtering or smarter ranking of results.

I really like that Guru can be used as an extension, which is very helpful. It solved my problem of having to switch tabs continuously while replying. I also enjoy the overlay feature that allows me to copy content very fast. Setting it up was really easy too.

The formatting should be improved. It should give more table handling features and more font choices.

When I started using Guru I didn't needed a long introduction or tutorial to search on it. I just started typing what I needed and if gave me few different answers, everything pretty easy and intuitive.

With the effortless searching also comes too much results for any search. Some things can be trickier to find, even when you know it's there.

I can search for information and check updates and news. I can also mark when I finished reading something, that's all truly essential in my role.

Guru is the most reliable place to help the teams within my company stay organized and up to date on all of our processes. 
It is very structured which makes it easy for us to find answers within the cards and boards. It allows us to collaborate and share knowledge so that everyone has access to latest things. It also integrates with our other systems, most importantly slack and it has an AI feature that we utilize a lot.

I can confidently say that Guru is one of the best tools I have ever used. It excels by storing all necessary information in one centralized location, allowing for easy access. For instance, if I need to find a specific article, I can simply open Guru, search for the related topic, and quickly find the information I need. There's no need to store files separately or navigate elsewhere the information is all displayed in Guru. Guru offers chat support, which is incredibly helpful as I can ask questions and receive guidance about the platform whenever I need it.

There are lots of things that I like about guru but if there is one thing that i would not like about it that much is the search bar, as the system will requires you to put the exact name of the article just to find the specific information that you are looking for. It challenge me in a way that sometimes it will require me some amount of time just to get the information i need when it should be able to show the possible article related to the keyword i will be putting on the search bar.

As I've mentioned, Guru benefits me significantly by saving time that would otherwise be spent searching across various platforms. 
If I ever need assistance regarding the platform, the available chat support is an excellent resource. This support feature enables me to quickly address any questions or concerns I may have, ensuring that I can continue to work without unnecessary interruptions.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

I've used multiple knowledge management software tools across various companies, and Guru is the one I always come back to. It has a simple and easy to learn setup, and offers customization without leaning too heavy into code while still leaving room for more advanced users. It integrates with all of the tools you could ever need, from HR to Slack, and the Support staff are always prompt with their responses should you need a little extra assistance (I've never had to wait more than 2 hours for a reply).

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Guru could be cumbersome to set up for a larger company, but this isn't necessarily a Guru specific problem; Setting up a knowledge base from scratch is an undertaking in itself. As long as Guru continues making giant steps forward with their AI, I see no downsides.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally, a solution to all the siloed knowledge! Like most companies, we have benefitted greatly from having a tool that can actually pull existing documentation into one repository that can serve as one true source of knowledge for employees. Prior to Guru, we were using over 8 different systems and teams were separated and disjointed, with knowledge hidden away behind layers of searching. The Slack integration also allows our employees to quickly share knowledge within Slack, a real time saver!

What I like about GURU is that I don't need to search across multiple platforms to find answers. I can easily get the information I need for my work by searching on GURU, which reduces the time I spend looking for details. One of the best features of GURU is its notification system; whenever I follow a favorite card, I receive updates if someone modifies the information. I can view both the original and updated information in the card history, along with the dates when the card was updated. Another useful feature is the "extension tab," which allows me to save links. This means I don't need to manually retrieve the link for GURU; I can simply click the extension tab and easily search for the information I need. Lastly, I appreciate the GURU tags. For example, when I search for something, related tags appear below the card I open, making it easier to find relevant information.

What I do not like about GURU is that I receive a lot of notifications when I follow many GURU cards. Another issue is the search bar; it doesn't return results if you type general information. It should be more specific and recognize correct keywords. These are the two things I do not like for now because everything else is functioning well.

GURU benefits me by saving time, as I can easily access and search for information. It is beneficial not just for me but for everyone. One reason is that I can search for detailed information whenever I need it and download it. Additionally, I can create lists or folders. It's easy to access, as I can simply click on the favorites, and all the cards I have favorited will show up. Recently viewed and new cards will also appear in the library. One thing is I can share the link and favorite cards to my team.
