What do you like best about Guru?

Guru is very easy to use.

It has an intuitive and pretty design (which is something I pay attention to a lot!) and is also very simple overall. I had no issues learning how to use it. One thing I appreciate very much is that when you click on a link it opens a pop-up within the same window you are using, it doesn't redirect you to another page or open another tab. We use it for documenting workflows within our project and it's my go-to reference anytime I need to check something when in doubt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Nothing to dislike, though I wish there was a dark mode option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Guru for documentation and I appreciate how easy it is to navigate on the platform and find the article I need when I'm looking for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

As a work knowledgebase that I use on a daily basis, I like how Guru organizes information into chapters, and bits/cards which makes it easy to use. Also the ability to group the cards and make a list for easy reference is a great feature. Secondly, the integration of Guru AI makes it easy to pinpoint information by doing the search for the user, and citing the source cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

The AI tool is really helpful. It integrates with Slack so well and helps make it easy to import previous tribal knowledge by syncing with existing FAQ channels as knowledge sources. Coming from a place where we didn't have a good starting spot, this pushed us forward and gave our process documentation a launching point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Our support team uses a shared log in for a lot of services, but this wasn't possible with the slack integration. Factor that into pricing when making a decision. It's still worth it in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing and distributing previous tribal knowledge that was at risk of being lost. Removed a bottlekneck of a high growth team feeling the need to constantly ask C-Suite employees questions that had previously been answered. Removing redundant sources of information that was fragmenting answers to common questions and making the customer experience non-uniform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

What I like best about Guru is its ability to provide instant, reliable access to knowledge right when you need it. Whether you're looking for detailed information, quick answers, or step-by-step guidance, Guru makes it easy to find and share the insights that matter most. It streamlines collaboration across teams by organizing critical knowledge in one accessible place, reducing time wasted searching for information and ensuring everyone stays aligned. The platform’s intuitive interface and powerful search functionality enhance productivity and help build a culture of knowledge-sharing, making it a valuable tool for any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

While Guru is a powerful tool for knowledge management, there are a few areas where it could improve. As our knowledge base grows, it can sometimes be challenging to keep everything up-to-date and well-organized, which may lead to occasional outdated or duplicate information. Although the search functionality is generally strong, it can sometimes return an overwhelming number of results, making it harder to pinpoint the exact answer quickly. Additionally, the initial setup and ongoing maintenance require a bit of time and effort, especially for teams that are new to structured knowledge management. Addressing these challenges could make an already valuable platform even more efficient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guru is solving the challenge of quickly accessing accurate and up-to-date information by centralizing all our knowledge in one easily searchable platform. This eliminates the time-consuming process of sifting through emails, documents, or chat threads to find the answers we need. By having a single source of truth, Guru ensures that our team stays aligned, reducing miscommunication and helping us make informed decisions faster. This has greatly improved our efficiency, allowing us to focus more on our core tasks instead of spending time searching for information. The platform's ability to organize and share knowledge seamlessly has also strengthened our collaboration, making it easier for team members to onboard, train, and support one another. What do you like best about Guru?

Guru makes accessing information incredibly easy and convenient. The platform’s intuitive design and automatic updates ensure that I receive the latest announcements and relevant info in real time. This saves me from needing to reach out to colleagues or support channels for updates, enabling me to work more efficiently. With Guru, I can quickly stay informed on any changes or new practices, making it an invaluable tool in my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

There isn’t much I dislike about Guru, but I have noticed that the platform can sometimes lag when there’s an overload of Guru Cards. It would be great if the platform could streamline or prioritize content when there’s a large volume of information, to maintain its usual speed and responsiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Customer Support representative at Spotify, Guru effectively addresses the challenges of information overload and the need for quick, reliable access to knowledge. This platform allows me to seamlessly search and navigate through a wealth of resources in real-time, significantly reducing the time it takes to find answers to customer inquiries.

By providing organized and up-to-date information, Guru ensures that I can deliver consistent and accurate responses, which enhances the overall customer experience.

Additionally, this tool boosts my confidence in handling diverse issues, as I am better equipped with the necessary knowledge to assist users effectively, as well as my colleagues who aren't familiar with the workflow or process.

Lastly, Guru not only streamlines my workflow but also empowers me to provide high-quality support, fostering greater satisfaction among Spotify’s users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guru?

What I like most about Guru is their "All Collections" tab. It is basically the compilation of all Guru cards related to a specific line of business. If you are promoting a systematic review of Guru cards available to your LOB, you can definitely start there and you won't get lost in between Guru cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Its "search" feature wherein you have to enter specific words in order to come up with a result. Although it definitely drives deep understanding of Guru cards for you to effectively search in it, this kind of search feature will be an obstacle to newbies who are not familiar to a process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's only a limited number of support available per production floor in a Contact Center. Guru helps us lessen the number of supports needed for a production floor to run smoothly. It definitely acts as a bridge for knowledge gaps between the product and our agents/advisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
