I love the interface of the dashboard so far. We have been using multiple platforms for customer Onboarding, partner training, and for help guides. But, Trainn includes all these features under the same platform. We can able to set up customer Onboarding, Partner Training, and Video Help center, which are great! Recently, they have launched Zing where we can able to edit and share tutorial videos easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Text-to-speech conversion. Without this feature, marketers-designers have to rely on voiceover artists from fiverr et al to achieve background quality narration for videos. This step alone increases the turnaround time for videos by 4-5 days at the very least. Worse yet, each modification/correction to the script can introduce a further delay of 2-3 days. With Trainn I can do any number of rewrites to the voiceover script, choose the voiceover gender, style, accent and instantly render the voiceover for my videos. The editor can be buggy at times: Highlighted UI elements go askew, the video pauses/speeds up, voiceover configurations get reset, etc. Correcting the resultant errors and (at times) re-recording the video causes delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its ability to make a video tutorial is unmatched by what we have seen in the market. For the first time, our product team is not perturbed by the thought of making a product video. It brings in a layer of professionalism that we require and enables us to seamlessly merge the video with the subtitles to make it feel rehearsed and effortless. Definitely, the ease of use makes it a great tool for anyone working in marketing or customer-facing roles. The entire automatically gets converted to slides based on the actions you perform. Editing features are concise yet extremely helpful. Another great thing is the auto-generated text-to-speech available in different languages, tones, and voices. There's nothing much to dislike really. Very rarely, the video doesn't render on preview and we have to do the whole thing again which is a hassle but given how easy it is to edit, it doesn't feel like much work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trainn has been an excellent tool for my team and me to create training videos and walkthroughs of the essential processes within our company. There are some competitors out there, but they don't necessarily compare. I enjoy the ability that Trainn has a free plan and appreciate the great support and communication I have received when encountering an issue. Trainn video helped us in creating walkthrough videos in minutes. It is quick and very easy to adapt. Video can be split into multiple chapters which benefits end-user to find the right content in a shorter time. As we, Increff is expanding in multiple geographies, it is easy to make videos in multi-languages along with voiceover. Apart from the features, Trainn team support is incredible. It is easy to create training videos for my customers and to present them as courses / academies for a Hybrid training experience. I have my customers learn from Trainn before we meet, and then we practice using my company's software together through Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
