Grokker is an excellent tool that allows employees access to a shared platform to focus on their health. The platform itself hosts thousands of videos on fitness, nutritional studies, recipes, mindfulness practices and others in a holistic manner. I don't have any dislikes for the program whatsoever. You can discover new ideas and health trends and go at your own pace or comfort level. The videos are clear and easy to follow and those creating the videos incredibly knowledgeable. The Grokker life isn't about a fad, its truly a lifestyle with huge community support.
