What problems is GreyRadius Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking to start a new business and wanted to understand if the market is a right fit for lifestyle management services applications in the Middle East market. We wanted to know more about the addressable market, pricing of the solution, customer empathy, service mix, and a great deal about the business feasibility.

Our thoughts were always in mind and the GreyRadius team helped us put this in a definite business plan with a detailed 5-year market entry plan.

We got a fair idea – Where to enter first, which region to select, what is valuer proposition we shall take, which marketing channels to leverage, and in the end whether we will make it profitable.

With the detailed business and financial plan, we are able to sync our business plan commercially with the expected ROI.
