What do you like best about GReminders?

The system is very easy to set call reminders. i did lookout for many applications but this one was the simplest to set call reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I have not noticed one till now but yes the appointment scheduling page can surely be upgraded to match somthing like a calendar view (Calendly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes a call will connect with a spotty connection but if I catch it quickly I can hang up and reconnect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If it occurs, you can check your logs first to see if there was a reason given by the carrier (undeliverable, invalid, no answer from host). What do you like best about GReminders?

We started using GReminders to save time having to manually send text reminders to patients. Some reviewers have said they found it difficult to use, however I have not had a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

The only things I wish GReminders had was an option to purchase more templates. I would like to have a second set of reminders for our Spanish-speaking patients, but I don't really need the upgrade since I won't be sending more text messages per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

I enjoy that it is allows us to focus on the person portion of our jobs without going through all the hassle of back and forth emails/phone calls/voicemails, etc. to try to set up a day and time to meet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

When a client cancels an appointment, we do not recieve the notification so on our end, it looks like the appointment just disappeared from our Outlook calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glad to see we help you with avoiding phone tag...that can be such a waste of time.

Have you tried Contact Matching to eliminate the need to include the phone number in the calendar event? Some people find it useful...especially in situations where you meet with the same people frequently.
