What do you like best about GReminders?

It is a very affordable and easy to use system to help increase communication with our customers and decrease our no-show appointments! We were already using Google Calendar for our scheduling, so this was easily integrated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

You do have to watch how long you make the text/SMS reminders because it charges for 2 reminders for longer messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers get the reminder 24 hours before and are calling to reschedule if needed- before we were having more cancellations when our tech showed up at a client's home which wastes gas, money, and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

GReminders is so useful and seriously reduces the time by automating all processes such as sending reminder emails to clients about events. I like that we can customise our email, the title of the email and that we can choose who to send emails to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to set up appointment event types and how professional it looks to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you sync the appointments with Zoom, sometimes the time zones are not accurate - you have to double-check that the automated Zoom meetings have the correct time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
