What do you like best about GReminders?

GReminders is very simple to use and offers a lot of functionality. The online self-scheduling option is a great feature to an already great product. The support team is very responsive as well. Overall, I am glad I found the product and really enjoying using it. Highly recommend setting up a demo call with the company as there are many features/customizations I was not aware of. What do you like best about GReminders?

It provides reminders to my clients and gives them ample time to cancel appointments without being charged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

Sometimes the reminders do not go out as scheduled and my clients assume the appointment is canceled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

Prior to G-Reminders we did not have a way to have our clients confirm the appointment. Since implementing this program, we have had fewer "no shows", which means less wasted work hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

We would like to see a plan that allows for texting only as we do not use the email feature. We would hope for a cheaper plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our job includes meeting clients at homes to show them what is available. When a client does not show up we have wasted time and gas to go to the property. GReminders have mitigated the amount of no-shows we have been getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Branden,

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on GReminders with us and G2 visitors.

When you say "Can't reply to texts", I am assuming you mean if a prospect or client replies to your reminder texts (which of course they can do). When that happens, you do have to reply back under your own number (or call or email them). Otherwise, your reply to their reply just comes back to us. Some users set up an email account just for replies.

Glad you had a good experience with support, setting up the application. We try our hardest to be responsive and make sure everyone who tries the software gets the most out of it.

What do you like best about GReminders?

Much time and effort have been put into this system to make it user-friendly and intuitive. The staff listen well and work quickly to resolve problems, which is excellent. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

It seems the system can be a little buggy. Certain features stopped working. The staff quickly found and fixed the problem. The company likely is shooting from the hip a lot and lacks controls found in larger companies. On the positive side, they are nimble and can make customers happy fast.
