What do you like best about GReminders?

I like the customization options, the Zoom integrations, and most of all, THE TEXT REMINDERS! You can even take payments now. All lower than prices elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

It was a different process than my other provider, but once you get the hang of it, you will never look back! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

Greminders is the easiest way for us to communicate with our customers. It is no muss, no fuss. We simply type their phone number and email address into the Google calendar entry, and they received notification of when we are arriving. Quite a few of the customers communicate with us, too, which is great. I highly recommend this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some customers forgot they had scheduled a bid appointment with us, so our bidders would show up, and nobody was home. Sometimes, the customers had already hired someone else to do the work, so it was wasting our bidders' time. What do you like best about GReminders?

In my opinion the most effective feature is filtering activities by keywords to send a specific reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

The user interface and the design made feel like it is old-school software. Definitely, it is subjective and has nothing to do with features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

1st problem: Clients forget the planned meetings and it forces me to call them to remind meetings. Greminders saved my time.

2nd problem: There are internal meetings or client demo meetings in my schedule, sometimes they mix up. Greminders can send me certain reminders according to the meeting types thanks to keyword filtering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GReminders has been great for sending reminders to my clients, which has minimized late-cancellations and no-shows! It's super simple to use, and I love that there's the HIPAA-compliant version, which is crucial for my work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Keyword function should work with special characters, dashes and periods. If you have been using a custom criteria, be sure you indicate "contains the text" not "contains the word or phrase". Text will allow special characters but word/phrase will not.
