What do you like best about GReminders?

How easy it is to automate, eliminate no shows and get google reviews Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

Not being able to send out a reminder manually and not being able to customize the timing between "immediately" and "1 hour" (30 mins would be perfect). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

Set it and forget it. I'm able to send one email to a guest and have them select a date to appear on my show along with the details I nees from them... name, bio, topic and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

A better calendar view. I would like it to show the entire month with the dates available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can have a guest select a date and then supply all the details I need for the show. As an added bonus, I'm able to redirect them to upload a headshot and art work for the show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

What do you like best about GReminders?

The application is flexible enough to use with our existing tools, like Outlook, but also provides the ability to expand beyond. We have gotten a lot of value out of their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't encountered anything that we dislike. This is something that we will continue to monitor as we use the tool in different client service settings. We are satisfied right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our client engagement approach prior to GReminders was to have our office admin call each client to remind them of their appointment and gather the necessary tax documents. Greminders is materially cutting out that process. We are using the GReminders log to follow-up on clients that did not respond to GReminders notification. What do you like best about GReminders?

I switched to Google calendar to better keep track of my personal life (family) and my hair business appointments. This doesn't have a reminder system available unless the client sets one up in their calendar. Greminds fixes all of that for me by sending reminders by looking at my Google calendar appointments. What do you dislike about GReminders?

At this point I haven't been using Greminds for very long, maybe 2 months, so I haven't encountered any things I dislike. If/ when I do, I will come back and update my review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

I love that the reminders are automated, so I don't have to think about it, and I love the simplicity of Greminder's system. I put the client's phone number in ONCE, and that's it, boom, done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

Sometimes I forget to cancel the reminder when a client cancels. That can be a little confusing to my clients, and I always feel bad! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
