I love that Greminders integrates with Google Calendar, and will pick up any new meetings I enter into my calendar and send out the appropriate reminders, or block it off as unavailable. I love that they are HIPAA compliant to cater to healthcare professionals. I like how I can choose how much buffer time between appointments, and can set how far out to allow bookings (30 days, 60 days, etc). I wish the payment option could have the feature to change the amount paid instead of a fixed amount. I also wish it would integrate with Square or other payment processor system willing to sign a BAA. While the payment doesn't have to be covered by HIPAA, any use of system to save client name or contact info for invoices does have to be covered.

GReminders has been great because when a student/parent wants to schedule an appointment with me then they are the ones that put their phone number on the appointment link. This makes it great for me because I don't have to do anything extra. I come across a lot of new students and so this service helps with communication to help my new students in a new school/situation. One minor thing that I have had to work around is that if a colleague creates a calendar event, invites me to it and that colleague puts a phone number in the description then GReminders sends that number a text with my standard text message. To prevent this from happening I updated my Greminder settings so that it will only send a text message if there is a phone number in the Title of the appointment. Greminders has demonstrated that they are willing to work with their customers, even making changes and additions to the services to not only make themselves better, but to also help the customers have a much better experience. Specifically, Greminders is willing to learn about accessible methods used by blind and low vision customers who need the service to work with screen reading and Braille display technology, insuring access for this smaller population. I wish there was a little more customization to the self-scheduling page, like the ability to put specific text so that manipulation of the company name and the customer name was not necessary. However, this is so minor that it is not something that wwill detract from the service, especially because it would not surprise me if they add this feature in the future. GReminders has allowed us to automate reminders, for both text and email, based on what is already on our Google Calendar. We customize the reminders according to whose calendar the event is scheduled for. This is especially useful for us in scheduling quotes for our construction company.
