I am brand new to GReminders and still learning, but I have been impressed with how simple the transition has been. The clients have found it easy to use also. I use GReminders daily and am happy about how fast I can send several emails to clients. GReminders does all the work and I don't have to scour the calendar for available dates. I work with several advisors and was a bit skeptical before trying it, but it has worked out very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a team, we love that GReminders automatically reminds our clients of upcoming meetings & gives them the capability to confirm the meeting. This saves us time each day, otherwise we would be doing active outreach. We've also had great tech support along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and easy to integrate into your regular routine. I use it as a reminder system for meetings with clients.
Since starting to use Greminders, I've noticed more consitent meetings, be it individuals confirming and showing up for the scheduled meeting, or letting me know they won't be attending, or even recheduling. Due to not having any issues with the software, I haven't experienced the customer support side.
I would like to spend more time in the customization side to personalize it a bit more to my own liking. Might update the review once I have.

I don't really have any "issues' as it does it's job well. However, the only thing where I think there could be some improvement is just in the user insterface side of things. Just making it more intuitive, and appealing to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love how easy it is to set up these reminders, and now I have completely covered our butts in terms of reminding customers of their upcoming driving lessons. We use to have about 10-15 no shows a month, and now that has dropped to 1-2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would change, is the fact that if I switch a calendar event to a different employee's name after the reminder has been sent, and the customers replies Yes or No, it sends a message back saying the event has been cancelled. I understand why this happens, but I would change the verbiage to "Some details havebeen changed or cancelled, please call for clarification". Just so they don't call me panicked! After trying multiple automated text systems, G-reminders was the only automated text system that seamlessly syncs with Outlook Calendar, and show automated event status updates perfectly on my Apple Calendar app which my entire team is able to see. Customization of message templates along with set rules allows me to determine when and what texts are automatically sent. Incredible tool and true automation. I'd recommend it to anyone. Would love for them to have an app. I regularly look through what automated text have been sent, and/or pending to be sent, but can only do this by logging in through my web browser. Still great you're able to see event statuses, but would be more convenient to open an app and use biometric log in or Face-ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adam did a great job getting me setup, He went above and beyond to make sure I'm getting full use out of the product experience. As a business owner myself. I believe he deserves the best since hes a true asset. Hes really doing a good job and I have no complaints (which is hard to do for me) I usually see people miss things, but he didnt! He deserves the best. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it.
