Greminders has alleviated the stress for our team of manually dialing/texting clients to remind them of our scheduled meetings. We realize that people are human and can very much forget about commitments they have made to meet with us over a call/zoom, but integrating this into our tech stack has increased our show rate and saved us valuable time. I love how it sends me the email of the confirmation they got from the client so I am aware. The check mark that it puts on the outlook and salesforce calendars, is really cool and helpful for my boss to quickly see what meetings have been confirmed. The salesforce integration is super awesome to be able to send texts to their phones. I love that! I can tell you guys are trying to think of cool, new ways to be more helpful and try to integrate programs finanical advisors use that can be useful. Using the software can be confusing. There are lot of moving parts and lots of awesome things you can do with it! Making it more user friendly without having to know some coding would help a lot. The plans were confusing especially after doing the demo. The part that I wanted was the SalesForce integration and that is only included in the most expensive plan, the business one. Very inuitive and simple to set up. They are very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Once, set up, it's generally a set and forget scenario. Just the way I like it! I wish it would send the calendar invite directly to the invitee more easily. (yes it can, but with redtail integration is not recommended). I would also like to be able to send clients Specific suggested tumes / windows for a meeting.

This is nit picky, and could probably be solved with further training, but we do the scheduling and this is because i feel my schedule is too wide open sending clients my link.
