The direct integration between Redtail CRM and GReminders makes scheduling and confirming appointments with our clients seamless. We also like the ability to provide multiple options for a meeting- phone call, location, zoom. We do a lot of zoom meetings, so it is also great that the a zoom meeting link will automatically generate and be provided to the client in the email templates when appointments get scheduled. With the Redtail CRM integration, they recommend turning off Redtail retriever with Outlook to avoid duplications in the system, and a copy of the scheduled appointment invite does not get sent to clients with this set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking for an application to notify/remind my clients and customers of our upcoming meetings. When I finally found GReminders I was surprised at how easy it is. It integrates with our Google system and works flawlessly. My clients and notified in advance of our meetings and they can respond if they need to make changes. We used to email clients back and forth to set up an appointment. This would cost us time and money because our competition would often book the appointment sooner.
