What do you like best about GReminders?

What I liked best about GReminders is that it makes things easier for me. I spent months setting reminders to manually send out emails to clients. Now it is automatically done for me just by setting it up on GReminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

GReminders makes my job much easier!! I mostly use GRemidners to send clients automatic appointment confirmations, reminders and surveys. GReminders provides a friendly user environment that is easy to set up and integrates well with Outlook, Salesforce, and other software. No-show appointments have significantly been reduced since I started using GReminders for my practice. My clients also find the software helpful for them. The support team is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate, and always resolves my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

There is a minor issue with GReminders which could be improved better. Occasionally, the software slowly catches up on a few appointments, which leads to missing those appointments to send reminders. Due to this issue, I can't be 100% dependent and reliable on the software. Therefore, I have to check it manually sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Technology and the internet are not always perfect. Servers get overloaded with requests and that can cause issues occasionally. Although we have a 99.99% uptime record, no one wants to experience that .01% downtime when they need something to work, and we understand.

What do you like best about GReminders?

GReminders has proven to be an invaluable tool for our business, improving the efficiency of our communications and improving our customer experience, too.It sends SMS reminders to our clients on our behalf, ensuring they never miss important appointments or deadlines. What do you dislike about GReminders?

Lacks the ability to customize reminder timing on an individual basis. This feature would be particularly useful for events or appointments that require more specific scheduling, ensuring that reminders are sent at the optimal times for each client, including timezone planning and the like.

Wishing for easier ways to log these SMS on our CRM as well as a better payment system. We're often wondering if we're getting charged the right amount. Not a big deal because small costs, but still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the most significant challenges we faced was the issue of no-shows and late cancellations, which resulted in wasted time and lost revenue. GReminders tackles this problem head-on by automatically sending SMS reminders to our clients, hopefully reducing the occurrence of missed appointments and last-minute cancellations; we're still in the process of reporting how much exactly GReminders has reduced these negative rates. However, we used to manually reach out to each client to remind them of upcoming appointments, events, or deadlines. That was a time-consuming task that often resulted in human error and missed reminders, so the platform is super helpful at saving us time by automating the reminder process.

When set up correctly, this platform enhances the customer experience by ensuring timely and consistent communication. Make sure the reminders are timely and can get replied to quickly in some way or another (the platform doesn't seem to allow for direct SMS replies). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

It works! One step -- adding a mobile number -- to every meeting when I put it on the calendar. I walk away knowing everybody's getting reminders. Simple and uncomplicated. The set up is explained well and worked seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it. It's main weakness is human nature. It still depends on people responding to the reminders and confirmation prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of my meetings are repeating monthly and require a response on Office 365. Often people respond to "all events in this series" which means they have said yes to a year of meetings they will surely forget. GReminders is great for reminding me and the people I'm meeting with. Not sure if you have tried this but if you select Status under custom criteria, and Unconfirmed, you can send an additional reminder to those clients that fail to confirm when asked. It's a very popular usage.

What do you like best about GReminders?

Automated text notifications eliminate the time wasted doing follow ups to ensure appointments are remembered, and being able to sync multiple calendars (Outlook, Redtail, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your review of GReminders, great to hear we are helping you with scheduling!

You mentioned that you would like to have the ability to confirm appointments prior to them going on your calendar. We have that!

In your Event Type templates under Event Bookings, look for the toggle where it says, "Require Approval Prior to Final Booking".

Then, under Host Settings, you can set a default time for appointment requests to automatically Decline if you do nothing.
