It's always good to get someone else to remind your clients that you have an appointment, I joined thinking that it would send a text message, only to find out that the odd of this service is more. However, that said, it still sends out notifications but by email, it is a very good app that works well, just be careful, the initial cost is fine, but to get a proper text sent to clients you need to upgrade.
