I recall finding it odd that I couldn't access the team template feature under our multiuser plan. Seems that convenience shouldn't be reserved for a higher tier plan because it opens up liability for errors when you have to create the same templates over and over for each user. The support is great. The have very very useful integrations with Redtail that automatically populate inside the CRM. And you can customize your scheduler and client experience to your hearts content. I would highly recommend getting support for setup which does come with it.
