I utilize GReminders with my clients to send text message alerts for upcoming meetings. This has been a game-changer for calendar management to make sure no important meetings are missed. The team you work with is very hands on in the set up process and long term with solid recommendations to improve performance and willing to listen to recommendations. I love that it is so user friendly AND that if you have an issue, you can schedule a short call with an actual person the same week, and they will answer all of your questions.

I find most of the issues I have with GReminders are user error, ie, something I've done incorrectly. There have never been any software glitches to fix on their end.

The software is very intuitive and is easy to use. The creation of templates and assigning templates to various users makes deployment a breeze. Our CRM is Redtail and the integration with it was seemless. Any and all questions I had during the build of my scheduling solution was answered quickly and expertly. I am a returning customer and was hoping they would maintain the same pricing for me as before the cost increase, which occurred while I was on maternity leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to get no-shows all the time for driving lessons at my driving school. For summer, our busiest time, I needed that to stop! Since using GReminders, I only had 3 no shows all summer! That is unheard of in our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is the ability to change the kind of notification, or the parameters on different notifications. It's impossible for me to have different notifications for driving tests and driving lessons, since the titles are very similar. If I could make a parameter the length of time a calendar event has, that would be PERFECT. For isntance, a driving test takes 45 minutes, whereas a lesson is 2 hours. If the notification type could be based on the event time length, I'd be 100% happy with GReminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I can think of is re: the user interface. I speak from experience as I'm a graphic designer myself, but the interface could be substantially better by having a good, experienced designer redesign it with a focus on UX, UI and userflow.
