The cost of patient management and the software that is part of that can really cost a ton. Greminders lets me use a free calenader service and automatically remind patients of their appointments. I love that our customers have the ability to confirm or cancel their appt.without having to call into the office, or the office having to call them. I like that I can control what calendas are used to send reminders from rather then it being an all or none tpe of thing. Once you get it set up it is really easy to set it and forget it. I had some questions when there was turnover in the admin on the account and I was able to set up a time with customer service quickly and they were helpful and able to walk me through the process of what I needed done. I wish there was a way to destinguish between personal reminders and apointment reminders. That way if you are needing someones phone number you can place it in your calendar without the other person getting a reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
