What do you like best about PrimeSuite?

The task option is the best for this. As well as being able to open the schedule for the day with one function key. Also I find the desktop are great for setting up to view patients chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PrimeSuite?

What do you like best about PrimeSuite?

The interface overall is ok, it is configurable to a point.

the color scheme is ok also.

not much that I can say that is good about this product, but that is true of most EMR programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PrimeSuite?

very slow at times, way too many clicks to do simple tasks.

When any reports are being done, the whole system slows to a crawl.

updates are not tested very well and usually cause issues after they are installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface/software is nice looking. Seems easy to navigate and use.

Often slow. You're pulling from Greenway Health's server and they often have connectivity issues. Updates are often still buggy. Takes a long time to get a change implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
