In 2014 when I started with Greeway, their customer servie and scalability was attractive. Now the system is riddled with kinks, substandard in functionality, poorly supported by their customer service and they nickle and dime you for every feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Primesuite is poorly organized with poor suport. The kinks and errors are increasing exponetialy and their support team is not trained to answer customer frustrations and complaints. They are insensitve to the needs or the small to medium practices, especialy in terms of flexabniity to deal with providrs and staff who are in the flow of seeing patients and are nt sitting around waiting for them to call back. My staff spends 1/2 of their days trying to find work arounds for the things that dont work well and the things that impede their workflow. Their meaninful use failures caused a law suite several years ago and their inadequate MIPS dashboard cause us to have to do manual reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Greenway primesuite is user friendly in that it is easy to learn and use. Not much training is needed to start using the platform. There are lots of nice features such as being able to customize flow sheets as well as orders tracking. Ease of generating reports is nice. Customer support is excellent. Task feature is helpful in being able to document and quickly reference what you have documented. Task feature is also helpful for in office communication. Within the health care system it is helpful for other offices to be able to document and view other practices information in greenway for continuity of care of care for the patient. The patient portal system is great for patients to be able to access their own medical information, as well as communicate with the office via the internet. It helps reduce phone calls and overall helps the office run more smoothly. We can send them information securely thru the patient portal, and they can communicate back via the portal. The appointment schedule feature could use some updating. It takes a lot of clicks to get to what you need. Some streamlining would be helpful. You cannot cancel and reschedule a patient with one click of a button. It takes several clicks. There is no way to edit the appointment date or time once it has been scheduled. You have to completely cancel it out and create a new appointment. Also, sometimes greenway lags and runs slow. Unsure if it is related to our computers or the actual system. I loved the use of the face sheet which had a nice overview of the patient's history, medications, lab results and so on right on the first sheet. It was also very useful to be able to make flow sheets with lab results and immunization records and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Greenway had many technical errors and would often run so painfully slow, slowing down our days dramatically because we were unable to document each patient visit. Sometimes adding or prescribing medications was very mundane and had a lot of extra clicks to get through. It does not seem as modern or updated as Epic, for example. While I was using greenway, the one thing I liked about it was how easy it was to view several physicians schedules at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Greenway is not fully functional. We had to have a separate collections technology that was suppose to be able to integrate and talk to Greenway. There were several days each week that this would not work and we were not able to see what a patients copay/deductible amount should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that, with its very limited abilities, it is trustworthy. I can always count on it to do the very little amount that it is able to do. I never have to worry that information will be lost - which is a problem with other software that we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup and buttons and information are archaic. It feels like using a very old computer and it is problematic. I have to click so many things, I have to pause and click, and pause and click every time I want to do very simple tasks. Also - any time that I want to search our schedule, I have to reload it. There is no way to filter the schedule for open spots, so you have to click through and search and you can only do that for 5 days in a row before you have to reset the information again.
