What do you like best about Gray Peak Workforce Management?

The most helpful feature in Graypeak or one of them I should say is the ability to consolidate all outside platforms that deliver us candidates allowing me to optimize process and recruit in a timely fashion. The upside of using Graypeak is having an all-in-one system to use to drive our process that also allows us to keep documentation for candidates and also compliance. What do you dislike about Gray Peak Workforce Management?

The only thing I would like to see in the future would be the ability to show automated graphs on turnover, interviews to hire, etc to be able to assess effort, productivity or any other factors that go into staffing to help me have accurate data to present to my supervisor instead of having to pull the info from excel spreadsheets from the system. What problems is Gray Peak Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The amount of placements I've made utilizing this product if voiced to someone who is unfamiliar with Graypeak would be thought of as nothing short of unbelievable. Being part of a healthcare system with over 500 employees, the costs saved by using Graypeak has been at least 10 fold. The video interview process is an absolute game changer and is super instrumental in being able to see how professional candidates present themselves in pursuing an opportunity and really shows how serious they are, saving tons of time and helping us to determine the right fit. What do you like best about Gray Peak Workforce Management?

Each morning I wake up with new applicants who can directly apply in to my platform for positions I have open for my clients. I can then quickly review these resumes and send a chat feature which encompasses both a text and email message that drives results even faster than imagined! After phone screening the applicants and turning them in to candidates, each will complete an insightful short video interview that showcases their expertise in a fashion that helps me see the true individual. I then have the ability to send a full package to my team who is 1,000 miles away and we can expedite an in-person interview by setting calendar invites, which also send via chat feature! GrayPeak has gone as far as incorporating a digital signature to send offers and Letters of Intent and most recently Pre-Hire and New-Hire/On-boarding paperwork. Did I mention that my new hires can fill everything out via cell phone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gray Peak Workforce Management?

There seem to be some enhancements coming through on the dashboard, so only cleaning that up a little. Perhaps enhancing the reporting a little so that I can have some time "pretty" graphs to print out for my C-level leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want to be able to cut your time to hire (ultimately save a ton of money) then this is the product you need and WANT! Your team will love being able to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gray Peak Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

What used to take 10-14 days to accomplish can now be done in 1-3 days. We are driving efficiency as we are in some cases 1,431 miles away from one another. Our new hires can fill out paperwork anywhere there is a cell phone connection! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allowing hiring leaders that are 1000+ miles apart to be able to make an effective and informed decision when it comes to adding to our teams.
