The most helpful feature in Graypeak or one of them I should say is the ability to consolidate all outside platforms that deliver us candidates allowing me to optimize process and recruit in a timely fashion. The upside of using Graypeak is having an all-in-one system to use to drive our process that also allows us to keep documentation for candidates and also compliance. The only thing I would like to see in the future would be the ability to show automated graphs on turnover, interviews to hire, etc to be able to assess effort, productivity or any other factors that go into staffing to help me have accurate data to present to my supervisor instead of having to pull the info from excel spreadsheets from the system. Each morning I wake up with new applicants who can directly apply in to my platform for positions I have open for my clients. I can then quickly review these resumes and send a chat feature which encompasses both a text and email message that drives results even faster than imagined! After phone screening the applicants and turning them in to candidates, each will complete an insightful short video interview that showcases their expertise in a fashion that helps me see the true individual. I then have the ability to send a full package to my team who is 1,000 miles away and we can expedite an in-person interview by setting calendar invites, which also send via chat feature! GrayPeak has gone as far as incorporating a digital signature to send offers and Letters of Intent and most recently Pre-Hire and New-Hire/On-boarding paperwork. There seem to be some enhancements coming through on the dashboard, so only cleaning that up a little. Perhaps enhancing the reporting a little so that I can have some time "pretty" graphs to print out for my C-level leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
