It sometimes becomes difficult to get all the English grammar right every time on my own, so Grammarly makes it super easy to check your grammar on the go, I use it daily on multiple platforms since there is an extension or plugin for Grammarly integrated on mostly all platforms including Chrome, Grammarly is even running right now while writing this review in the background just like it works on their platform, it's so seamless. it underlines the words/sentences and then you can hover over them to see the Grammarly suggestion and then one-tap to edit It, the ease at which is works is amazing. Grammarly is incredibly easy to implement. The small learning curve made it accessible to use right away. One of the biggest benefits is that it has helped me recognize a common mistake I used to make—and now I naturally avoid it!
It integrates with all of the programs I use. Grammarly is like an invisible virtual writing coach who shows up every day to help me to write with confidence.
It saves me time by letting me focus on writing, knowing Grammarly will help refine my sentences for better clarity and flow. I also enjoy the weekly reports that show how I compare to other users and analyze my writing tone—it adds a fun, insightful touch!

My only issue has been with their customer service, not because they haven't been responsive. Sometimes, I can't tell if a chatbot or a human is responding because my questions and issues aren't always understood and responded to as I ask them to (e.g., their pricing and trying to settle my account). As English is not my mother tongue language, the best of Grammarly, in my opinion, is the suggestions for rephrasing whole sentences to put them in better and proper sentence construction in the eyes of English mother tongue readers.

What I do not like about Grammarly is the delays it puts when I create text in Office utilities (MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
I understand that the delay is due to analyzing the text I am creating. Yet, that could be done locally on my computer and not, as I suspect, by sending everything I write to the Grammarly server to be done there.

The best thing about Grammarly is integration into my desktop so that it auto-opens on any applications I open. I am busy, between work, family, and writing my doctoral dissertation, I needed something I could use quickly and easily for the numerous revisions and submissions of my dissertation. I can't imagine a cut and paste of over 200 pages on a regular basis! With the help of Grammarly I can focus on what matters most which is my research and presenting my findings, while Grammarly checks grammar and tone. If I had to pick one thing I liked least about Grammarly is that it does work a bit more slowly on large documents, and I wish there was a way I could pick sections of a document for it to avoid. My professors like to track changes for all my submissions so I can't confuse them with deleting and then adding back sections, so I just have to wait for the lag.
