I've been using Writesonic for 4 months now, and it's yet to become a tool in my marketing tech stack that feels intuitive to reach for. After onboarding, you can't add new AI prompts to track (???), and AI bot traffic is delayed by one day. Constant bugs in the system--it says I have an action item, and when I got to check, it says everything looks fine and I have nothing to optimize. Some charts just don't populate, and the ones that do—you'd better double-check the numbers you're saying. Don't get me started on the content writer. The content writing is actually great, but the way it's organized—folders—is so annoying. If you ever edit anything, it adds it at the bottom of the draft. No versioning. So many buttons, so many options, over-engineered and yet ultimately under-functional. All of this would be bearable if support were responsive, which it isn't.
