I love how easy it is to send thanks to our customers. All I have to know is the customer name and email and from there I can send a curated store of appreciation. They can, of course, select what is most meaningful to them, but oftentimes they go with the default selection, because the Goody store is so well-stocked with great items. We use Goody to send gifts to our employees and clients. This used to be very annoying and manual (compiling addresses, tracking shipments, troubleshooting why something didn't arrive...) Plus, the gifts we sent were often the typical corporate stuff that we've all received before, not something that makes you feel valued.
