I really love using Goody for its ability to offer specific items for a VIP experience and also the option to provide a dollar amount so recipients can choose gifts that feel personal and practical for them. The customization available is a standout; I adore being able to tailor a giving site so it doesn't look like a phishing email. I can choose colors, logos, and gifts, which adds a nice touch to elevate the experience from start to finish. The simple back-end setup is wonderful, making it easy to show thought and effort in gift customization without much hassle. Also, the 'trending' and 'popular' tags are quite helpful when I need to quickly see what's valuable. I like the diversity of the products Goody offers, and I really like how it highlights items that are women-owned or black-owned. The catalog is appealing because it allows a lot more personalization for folks, and it would cut down on my gear budget as I wouldn't have to bulk order as frequently. I would have liked the call to have a little more strategy on gifting and having people feel appreciated. I would also like the ability for people to customize their own gifts if possible. I used Goody at my previous company, Smartcar, to send employee gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday gifting. It finds all the vendors for me on one consolidated platform, from big to small vendors, which makes it very user-friendly and tech-forward. It removes all the work for me of contacting vendors individually and requesting quotes. The platform is easy to use and has a great UI, which cuts the amount of time I spend on swag. I want it to be thoughtful, but I also don't want to spend 6 hours doing all the research on what's the coolest new item to send. I can add other members of my team to the platform for easy collaboration. It integrates with our PEO Rippling, which is amazing. I was a little confused when I got started with the platform because it wasn't immediately clear what my options were or the pricing structure for those options. Honestly, it just makes my life easier, which is why I end up using it pretty often. I can send a gift without tracking someone down for their address or doing a ton of back-and-forth, and the recipient can handle the shipping details on their end. If what I picked isn’t totally their thing, they can swap it so it’s more likely to land well and not feel like a guess. Least helpful for me is that it can feel a little less personal than sending something directly, since it’s more of a link-based experience. And while the swap option is a huge plus, it does mean the recipient might choose something different than what you originally picked. Goody has transformed our small business, especially for employee anniversaries and client gifting! They have the BEST brands on their platform, and tons of optiosn, which we love. The ability to give a 'gift of choice' is amazing because it allows individuals to choose something they actually want and will use, instead of getting something they might giveaway or not be able to use. The best part is how you can fully customize cards for different occasions and send them over email (and they're beautiful!). I love all the features like scheduling gifts in advance, tracking them, and reminding people to make sure they choose their goody. It's a seamless experience. I also like that you can brand items with your company logo without any minimum order requirements, which is really helpful for a small business. The setup was super fast and super easy.
