**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I find Goody incredibly valuable in addressing the problem of choosing a gift, which often proves challenging for many. The platform offers lots of nice options, which enhances the overall gift-giving experience by providing a wide selection to choose from, making it easier to find something suitable for any occasion or recipient. Additionally, I appreciate the feature of filtering by price, which allows me to manage my budget effectively while selecting gifts. The initial setup of Goody was extremely easy, showcasing the user-friendly design and accessibility of the platform. Furthermore, I am so satisfied with the experience and functionality provided by Goody that I would rate it a perfect 10 for recommendation to friends or colleagues, highlighting my strong endorsement and confidence in the platform.

 ### 2. Modern, Seamless Gifting at Scale wThoughtful Gifting Without the Logistics Headacheith Goody

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasia F. | Senior Executive Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

What I like best about Goody is how easy and thoughtful it makes gifting at scale. The platform is intuitive, flexible for recipients, and removes a lot of the back-and-forth logistics that usually come with coordinating gifts. I also appreciate the wide variety of options and the overall experience — it feels modern, elevated, and seamless for both the sender and recipient.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

As a recipient, one thing that can sometimes be unclear is whether shipping is included or if there will be an additional shipping charge during checkout.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody makes birthday and employee gifting much easier and more enjoyable. Recipients love that they can choose something they actually want, which makes the experience feel more personal and thoughtful. From an admin perspective, it also simplifies the logistics for me — especially when it comes to invoicing, receipts, and overall gift management.

 ### 3. Goody Makes Gifting Effortless: Curated, Branded, and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nurit A. | Director of HR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love that people can choose their own gift based on a pre-set budget I make. I love that they take care of sizing for apparel. I love that I don't have to store anything. I love that they ship internationally. I love that you can curate your own shop. I love that they do logos on items. I love so many things about Goody, I can't just choose what I like best.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

There isn't anything I don't like about the service. It is really great and allows you to customize based on your budget and what you are looking to gift.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving storage problem, sizing problem, shipping problems, making a choice for what to gift problem. It is honestly a really great platform for gift giving.

 ### 4. Trend-Forward, Truly Useful Swag Curated by Goody

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney C. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

Goody’s team really keeps a finger on the pulse when it comes to curating the right swag. They stay ahead of trends while still mixing in timeless, genuinely useful gift options that people actually want.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

There are still a few minor limitations when it comes to sizing with some of the apparel options. That said, I don’t think this will be an issue for long with Goody.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody really understands the pain points for purchasers, especially those at smaller companies. They offer a wide variety of gifts that are both affordable and genuinely desirable. I also appreciate that they recognize how high minimum order requirements can be a real obstacle when you’re ordering for a small team.

 ### 5. Wide Variety with a Simple Setup, Needs Physical Gift Cards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette Y. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I like Goody's wide variety and the quality of the options available. It feels like Amazon but with all the junky stuff filtered out, which means I know our team will be happy with whatever they choose. The initial setup of Goody was also very simple, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I wish Goody offered physical gift cards. I would love to have something physical to hand employees, rather than sending an email that could get buried.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody solves the issue of finding gifts that appeal to everyone by allowing each person to choose their own. With a wide variety and high quality options, it's like Amazon minus the junk, ensuring my team is happy with their selections.

 ### 6. My Go-To for Employee Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

What I appreciate most about Goody is the recipient-choice model. Instead of guessing what someone would want, I send a gift and they pick from a curated selection that fits the budget I set. That removes the awkwardness of getting it wrong and means the recipient actually ends up with something they want. The address collection feature is also a big help — recipients enter their own shipping info, so I don't need to track down home addresses for our remote team across 15+ states. The interface is intuitive enough that I can send a thoughtful gift in under five minutes, which matters when I'm trying to recognize someone in the moment rather than putting it on a to-do list for later.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Honestly, my experience with Goody has been smooth — I don't have real complaints. If I had to name something, the gift selection can feel limited in certain categories, but Goody is consistently adding new options, so it's not a sticking point. Each time I go in to send a gift, I notice new brands or items that weren't there before, which suggests they're actively investing in the catalog.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody solves the logistical mess of sending gifts to a distributed workforce. As the People & Operations Manager for a remote-first organization with employees across 15+ states, I used to spend real time tracking down home addresses, coordinating shipping, and second-guessing what each person would actually want. Goody removes all of that. I set a budget, send the gift, and the recipient picks what they want and enters their own shipping info. The result is that I can recognize employees, mark milestones, and send thank-yous in the moment rather than letting weeks pass while I sort out logistics. It also means recipients consistently end up with something they actually want, which is the whole point of giving a gift in the first place.

 ### 7. Goody Makes Corporate Gifting Effortless and Polished

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

What I like best about Goody is how easy it makes gifting feel, both for the sender and the recipient. The platform removes a lot of the usual friction around corporate gifting, especially not needing someone’s shipping address upfront, while still creating a polished and thoughtful experience.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Since I’ve only used Goody as an end user so far, I don’t have many dislikes yet. From the recipient side, the experience has been very easy and polished. As I evaluate the platform more from the sender/admin side, I’d want to better understand things like customization, reporting, campaign management, and how easy it is to scale gifting across different teams or use cases.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody solves a lot of the friction that typically comes with sending gifts, especially around collecting shipping information, choosing something people actually want, and creating a smooth recipient experience. As an end user, I appreciated that it was easy to accept, customize, and receive the gift without a lot of back-and-forth. As I evaluate the tool, I can see how it could help make gifting more scalable and thoughtful for marketing campaigns, events, customer appreciation, and prospect outreach.

 ### 8. Diverse, Fun Gift Options for Every Occasion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love the diversity in products, prices, and vendors. There has truly been something for everyone in my company when we've done birthday gifts and employee appreciation. There's always something new and fun to find to gift to employees or family/friends!

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Navigating the swag collection can be difficult - I would like to see logo placement and customization to be a little easier than it currently is. I also wasn't aware that my company had a dedicated representative until I started looking into the swag collection - it would be nice to have a firmer introduction once added to an admin/company group.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody is quick to address and fix issues compared to other merchandise companies I've worked with in the past. Goody is solving a lack of product seen on other websites and allowing my company to provide gift options not previously seen. Goody is also easy to use for anyone - my team appreciates how much time we save by being able to set a price range and send an employee several options.

 ### 9. Goody Makes Employee Gifting Easy, Fast, and Always Appreciated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I was fortunate enough to start using Goody when I started working for my current company three years ago and people LOVE it, especially when they get to pick out their own gift. The prices are reasonable for our budget and everyone is always thankful. Goody is quick on delivery and will resolve any issues in a timely manner. I appreciate their monthly webinars to learn more on what people are seeing and wanting. Thank you Goody for the ease of setting up a Goody and sending it to my employees.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

When I send a Goody to our employees, I usually select for everyone to be able to browse all items for that dollar amount so it can be overwhelming is all but there is always something for someone.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I just had issues with a credit card and it was easily resolved in a few hours.

 ### 10. Goody: The Ultimate All-In-One Swag Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cesar D. | Head of IT & Compliance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I find Goody to be a great platform that works well for all our use cases, unlike other gift platforms. It offers easy-to-use sending tools and a curated online store, making it simple to send gifts. I love the platform's ability to consolidate our giving solutions into one. The management aspect is excellent, allowing for budgeting by person or team, which I find really useful. The user interface is top-notch, and the whole process is designed perfectly. Everything just works well together. It's also very easy to set up; we were up and running rather quickly.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

It would be nice to have some tie-ins with big box stores, like Amazon, for those occasions when you want to give swag that is not available in the curated store.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody serves as a versatile swag assistant, consolidating our gift platforms for employees, prospects, and customers. Its user-friendly interface, management features, and overall ease of use make sending gifts simple and effective for various use cases.

 ### 11. Seamless Gifting, Wide Audience Reach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zlata R. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I really like Goody because it offers gifts for any taste, which is great for our diverse base of champions. Whether it's Gen Z, people in their twenties, thirties, or senior decision-makers, everyone can find something they'll love. The wide assortment of gifts and the ability to tailor them to the recipient's experience are highlights. This personalization means that even with gift cards, where there are often concerns of being impersonal, recipients can choose gifts they genuinely want, making it memorable. It's a universal tool that allows us to handle various audiences and tailor gifts to personal lifestyles and wishes without making them generic.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I think tracking of the gifts and the CRM integration could be aspects to improve. It would be helpful to know whether the recipient redeemed the gift card and how quickly. This could be a touchpoint with our brand, and seeing what they spend it on would help us know more about the person. It would also help to build their traits and profile to get more personalized in the future. A feature to segment customers by these insights would be something I'd love to see in Goody. Also, when setting up, it wasn't clear why I couldn't create a gift link without paying for a premium profile, and making it clearer would make setup easier.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody delivers a seamless, high-quality, consistent gifting experience for our champions and customers globally, especially in North America and the UK. It's great for surprising and delighting gift recipients everywhere.

 ### 12. Effortlessly Streamlined Client Gifting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I like the easy reporting, which allows me to track who has accepted a gift and our total spend versus budget at a quick glance. I enjoy the bulk sending feature, making it simple to upload our whole recipient list and send gifts to them all at once. I appreciate the ability for clients to pick a gift they actually want through Goody's Gift feature. The initial setup was very easy and required minimal effort.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

It would be nice to have the option to customize the reminder emails. Sometimes the reporting/tracking UI could be more user-friendly. It's easy to forget where you accessed a certain view for a batch of gifts and can take some clicking around to find the right place.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody solves the problem of not having shipping addresses, finding a one-gift-fits-all item, and prevents wasted spending on undeliverable gifts. I can easily track accepted gifts and manage budgets. Clients appreciate picking gifts they actually want.

 ### 13. Effortless Gifting we Love!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karian M. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love how Goody makes everything easy to use, and the variety of products they offer is impressive. It really takes the hard work off my hands by allowing customers to choose their gifts and delivery locations effortlessly. These features let me quickly send a link, create a campaign, or offer a collection to a customer without the hassle of deciding on the best product. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I don't love the lack of integrations to HubSpot and company CC systems. For HubSpot, I have to manually add that I've done activities including Goody. Regarding CC systems, I have to reconcile all orders and receipts. We use Rippling, so it's not like you can have unlimited options in integrations, but I didn't see many that could cut down on manual effort to chase down which receipt goes to which order.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody helps me give thoughtful gifts that customers can select for delivery, making it easy to fire off links, create campaigns, or send collections without stressing over product choices.

 ### 14. Empowers Employee Choice with Quality Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah T. | Human Resources Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I really like that Goody offers higher quality, actual name brand products, which gives people the choice they appreciate. It's nice that the products include options like Lego sets, Nintendo Switch games, leather options, and higher-end bakery options, so people don't feel like they're selecting from cheap products. I also enjoy that it comes as a cute, digital gift that can be customized. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I think there are so many choices it gets overwhelming. I created a Catalogue for our staff to choose from but the AI chat added some options, but left out a TON! So I had to manually go in and add products. It took a lot of time for that. Also, maybe just better filters. Like filter on clothing sizes, etc.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody gives every employee the opportunity to pick exactly what they want. It offers higher quality products, actual name brands, and allows customization of some gifts, making people feel they're not choosing from cheap products.

 ### 15. Gifting That Gets It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

What I like most about Goody is the catalogue, and how thoughtfully everything is merchandised and categorized. It makes it incredibly easy to find something that fits a specific moment, brand, or audience without spending hours sourcing across a bunch of different sites.

When I was working as a gifting coordinator, I was constantly piecing together options from multiple vendors. Having everything centralized and so well organized would have saved me a huge amount of time. Being able to browse quickly by category, vibe, or occasion makes the selection process feel more intuitive and creative, instead of overwhelming.

On top of that, the ability to send gifts without needing recipient details upfront removes a major logistical hurdle. It lets you move fast without getting stuck in endless back-and-forth.

One unexpected benefit is how elevated the experience feels on both ends. Internally, the gifting process is streamlined, but for the recipient it still comes across as thoughtful, curated, and personal—which isn’t always easy to pull off at scale.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

The catalogue is incredible, but can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when trying to make a quick decision, especially on a tight timeline. More pre-curated bundles or “quick pick” options for specific use cases would make it even easier to move quickly.

I’d also love to see more guided discovery built in, like a quiz or a way to shop based on someone’s “love language” or personality type. That kind of feature would make the experience feel even more personalized while helping narrow down options in a fun, intuitive way.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody solves a lot of the friction that typically comes with gifting, especially around logistics and sourcing. In the past, coordinating gifts meant juggling multiple vendors, collecting addresses, and managing a lot of back-and-forth, which could slow things down significantly.

 ### 16. Goody Makes Gifting Effortless with a Top-Notch Selection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennen H. | Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

The user interface makes sending gifts a breeze. The selection of gifts it top-notch. I also love the fact that for many employee swag gifts there isn't a minimum quantity.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I've been using Goody for about 2 weeks now and haven't found anything I don't like. I was telling Xavier, my contact at Goody, that the platform has everything I've dreamed about in a gifting platform.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody allows me to provide a phenomenal sales experience to my clients. It allows my team to stand out and continue positive momentum in our sales cycles.

 ### 17. Goody Delivers High-Quality Swag and Gifts Employees Actually Want

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica O. | Payroll and Benefits Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

Goody has been a great platform for our org. The value and quality is seen with each product they offer, and they just keep getting better! It gives our employees the choice of swag and gifts that they actually want and will use!

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that in certain states, like AK or HI, employees have very limited options.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently did a employee appreciation gift for all staff, and it was our first time using Goody! It was well received by all.

 ### 18. Streamlined Gifting with Easy Setup

**Reviewed by:** Bri H. | Marketing Event Specialist, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I find Goody easy to use, which makes the whole gifting process really straightforward. The gifting options available in Goody are quite appealing, and they help streamline the process by removing unnecessary steps. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially since I did a lot of research beforehand.

Integrating with HubSpot; that would make my life so much easier.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody removes steps and makes the gifting process more streamlined for us. It's also easy to use, and I appreciate the gifting options it offers.

 ### 19. Simple, Flexible Gift Buckets That Fit Our Budget and CRM Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** The Solar S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

Simplicity. I create a bucket of gifts within my budget and cost strategy. I create a link, and can use that link in my CRM automations! AND, I can approve or reject gifts based on if the receiver fulfills our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I'm not sure. No real drawbacks yet. There's no minimum required spend or anything like that. So, it is a very well refined offer.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Law of reciprocity. I am selling a high ticket sales offer, and when I can gift up front, my prospects feel like they got something, and they want to give my sales team something too!

 ### 20. Effortless Team Gifting with Goody

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I like Goody's range of options, which allows me to offer my team a choice of gifts tailored to their preferences rather than picking one item for everyone. Its ease of use is fantastic, enabling me to gift my team something quickly without wasting valuable time polling for ideas or comparing price points. I also appreciate the variety of price points available, making it flexible for different budgets. The initial setup was very easy, which I found really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I would love more options! It would be great if it were clearer how to upgrade. Also, more refreshes of the items offered would be appreciated.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody saves me valuable time, offering my team a tailored choice rather than a single item. It provides a range of options and variety of price points, making gifting easy and efficient.

I love that it's easy to use, which is invaluable for our small and lean team where time is power. The gift offerings are spectacular and perfect for scaling larger gifting initiatives, making the process effortless. ### 22. Customizable Gifting Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I really love using Goody for its ability to offer specific items for a VIP experience and also the option to provide a dollar amount so recipients can choose gifts that feel personal and practical for them. The customization available is a standout; I adore being able to tailor a giving site so it doesn't look like a phishing email. I can choose colors, logos, and gifts, which adds a nice touch to elevate the experience from start to finish. The simple back-end setup is wonderful, making it easy to show thought and effort in gift customization without much hassle. Also, the 'trending' and 'popular' tags are quite helpful when I need to quickly see what's valuable. The setup was quite simple too, and the webinar was really helpful, showcasing both the gifts and the back-end setup nicely. Overall, it's been a super fun experience.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Sometimes there are too many options, which isn't really a bad thing, but I've found I can get lost in time trying to narrow down what I'm looking for or want to offer.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody helps us deliver a high-end VIP experience for top customers. It solves issues with minimums at promotion companies and allows gift customization, making recipients feel valued. The setup is super simple, and the variety of options adds personal touch.

 ### 23. Diverse Gift Options and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blair I. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I like the diversity of the products Goody offers, and I really like how it highlights items that are women-owned or black-owned. The catalog is appealing because it allows a lot more personalization for folks, and it would cut down on my gear budget as I wouldn't have to bulk order as frequently. I also like the ability to create a dashboard and select items that my people can pick. Plus, the initial setup of Goody was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I would have liked the call to have a little more strategy on gifting and having people feel appreciated. I would also like the ability for people to customize their own gifts if possible. In our company, we have an opportunity to design your own Nikes and something custom like that would be cool.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody helps me personalize gifts for life events with its diverse catalog, reducing my gear budget by minimizing bulk orders. It offers a wide selection and customization that my team values.

 ### 24. Perfect Gifting Solution with Unmatched Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I like how Goody offers the flexibility to create exactly what we want with various options for price points, gifts, and letting people choose their own gifts. There's truly something for everyone, which is something I love about it. The webinars are great, bringing exposure to different products I might not have considered before. I also love the customer service and support, which are great. Every time I join a webinar, there's a new feature or some type of improvement. It seems like Goody really values feedback and they're a fun group. The setup was easy, especially after having a call first, which helped.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Not necessarily a dislike but I wish my staff could pick multiple items to be shipped together, without knowing the price point.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Goody's flexibility to create gifts with various price points and options, letting people choose their gift. It brings great exposure to products I hadn't considered and offers great customer service and support.

 ### 25. Exceptional Gifting Platform with Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa G. | Financial Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I was really impressed with Goody from day one when I received a Goody gift. What I love most is the variety and breadth of options available that make my gifting experience so much easier. It's the ability to set a price and let the recipient choose their own gift that really sets it apart. Also, the initial setup process was super simple, just like creating an account for any other subscription or program. I find Goody to be a really creative solution to a common problem.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Like anything, it is a premium experience with a premium price tag. So lower cost options would always be great to see - more options in the $25 range shipped would be helpful instead of waiting or spending a bigger budget less often on my direct reports.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody alleviates the stress of choosing perfect gifts by offering a wide range of options, including the ability to set a price and let recipients choose, making gifts more personal than generic gift cards.

 ### 26. Effortless Vendor Management and Gifting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathilde P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I used Goody at my previous company, Smartcar, to send employee gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday gifting. It finds all the vendors for me on one consolidated platform, from big to small vendors, which makes it very user-friendly and tech-forward. It removes all the work for me of contacting vendors individually and requesting quotes. The platform is easy to use and has a great UI, which cuts the amount of time I spend on swag. I want it to be thoughtful, but I also don't want to spend 6 hours doing all the research on what's the coolest new item to send. I can add other members of my team to the platform for easy collaboration. It integrates with our PEO Rippling, which is amazing. The initial setup was super easy, and their onboarding flow is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Can't think of anything.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody consolidates all vendors into one platform, making it user-friendly and tech-savvy. It eliminates the need to contact vendors individually, saving me time researching swag items. I appreciate its easy collaboration features and seamless integration with Rippling.

I really like how easy and straightforward it is to use. The layout is intuitive, the steps are clear, and I can get things done quickly without any confusion.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

When it comes to the colors, I’m not a big fan of purple. It feels a bit overwhelming to me, and I think using different or more neutral colors could improve the overall look and feel.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody is solving the problem of **complexity and friction** by making things simple, clear, and easy to use. Instead of dealing with confusing steps, cluttered features, or a steep learning curve, everything feels straightforward and intuitive.

That benefits me by **saving time and reducing frustration**. I can quickly understand how to use it, get what I need done without overthinking, and focus on the task itself rather than figuring out the tool. Overall, it makes the experience smoother, more efficient, and less stressful.

Goody is a great way to send gifts to clients and partners. You can either customize the gift yourself or let them choose what they want, which is my favorite option.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

The tool works great, and the swag creation feature is particularly impressive. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Sometimes it feels like the fees are a little high.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Goody for easy recognition and quick swag creation. It helps show that my employees are appreciated, letting them select their own gifts rather than receiving a preselected one.

Goody provides customized options for prospects, offering high quality items and a large selection. I love the variety and quality of the products, with recognizable and reputable brands. The platform is also very easy to use.

I really love the high-end, diverse range of products that Goody provides.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

The chat feature can be a bit slow at times and may take longer than expected.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita P. | executive assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

How everyone can choose their own gift, instead of receiving something with good intentions that they won't use.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I would like the option of selecting more than one gift to total the gifted amount. I believe this happens with larger gift amounts but maybe not smaller.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to offer employees a quality gift, that they'll use.

 ### 35. Streamlined Gifting with Customization Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane E. | Deputy Director of Operations, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love how Goody made it easy to select, brand, and send gifts to my nonprofit team for the holiday season. The option to build a store and issue credit so my team could pick their favorite items was something I really liked. It was great to offer my team the gift of choice for the holidays, and the whole process was easy on the admin side while looking polished on the recipient side. Goody is also a more affordable option than swag.com, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I was a little confused when I got started with the platform because it wasn't immediately clear what my options were or the pricing structure for those options. Configuring the account for what I wanted to do was a bit more challenging and required some trial and error.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody makes it easy to select, brand, and send gifts, offering my team the choice for holiday gifts. I appreciate the simple admin process and polished presentation for recipients. The store building and credit issuing feature enhances the gifting experience.

 ### 36. The Only Gifting Tool I'll Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber G. | Executive Assistant to the CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

Honestly, it just makes my life easier, which is why I end up using it pretty often. I can send a gift without tracking someone down for their address or doing a ton of back-and-forth, and the recipient can handle the shipping details on their end. If what I picked isn’t totally their thing, they can swap it so it’s more likely to land well and not feel like a guess. And it seems easy to roll out on our side and doesn’t require a big setup or a bunch of training to get people using it.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Least helpful for me is that it can feel a little less personal than sending something directly, since it’s more of a link-based experience. And while the swap option is a huge plus, it does mean the recipient might choose something different than what you originally picked. Sometimes the selection can feel a bit limited depending on the budget, but overall it’s pretty straightforward to use and manage.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody helps me send gifts without it turning into another task I have to manage. I can send something quickly, the recipient handles their own shipping details, and I’m not stuck doing a bunch of follow-ups or tracking people down to make it happen. I also like that I can see what’s been sent, what’s still pending, and what’s delivered, so I’m not guessing or digging through emails. And it takes a lot of the pressure off choosing the “perfect” gift, because if it’s not exactly their thing, they can pick something they actually want. So for employee milestones and client thank-yous, it’s a really easy way to stay consistent and actually follow through.

 ### 37. Game-Changer for Employee and Client Gifting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

Goody has transformed our small business, especially for employee anniversaries and client gifting! They have the BEST brands on their platform, and tons of optiosn, which we love. The ability to give a 'gift of choice' is amazing because it allows individuals to choose something they actually want and will use, instead of getting something they might giveaway or not be able to use. The best part is how you can fully customize cards for different occasions and send them over email (and they're beautiful!). I love all the features like scheduling gifts in advance, tracking them, and reminding people to make sure they choose their goody. It's a seamless experience. I also like that you can brand items with your company logo without any minimum order requirements, which is really helpful for a small business. The setup was super fast and super easy. Goody is truly the best gifting platform and I'm so glad we found it!!!

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I would love to see more options for products that don't have minimums for branding!

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Goody for employee and client gifting. It lets individuals choose a gift they want, making gifting more personal and valued. This has significantly helped in rewarding employees meaningfully and celebrating anniversaries without unwanted swag.

 ### 38. Goody: A Genius Solution for Team Morale Boost

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love the huge variety and categories of items on Goody. There's so much to choose from, and so many ways to give curated items. It's really genius. It offers people the power of choice, which was great for me when I used it during a wellness month. I received a designated amount and could choose what suited me best. Plus, the setup was very easy. We managed to get it going even with a tight deadline, making the entire process super easy for getting it out to the team with ease.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Right now, I don't have any negative. We had a really, really great response from our team. So maybe just getting upper leadership on board to use it a lot more often.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody resolves low team morale by offering a variety of gift options, letting us personalize items to suit individual tastes. It provides team members with the power of choice, working with a reputable company that has good selections.

I really enjoy using Goody for holiday gifting because it allows people to select what they want, ensuring that gifts are actually used. I appreciate that all the options are of high quality, with many brands I'm already familiar with. It's been a great experience for the past two years, and we've found that no other platforms go as above and beyond as Goody does. I also like being able to swap gifts and the high tier of available products. As a sustainability-focused company, this feature ensures that we're living up to our values by not giving items that won't be needed or used, and it makes the entire gifting process much more thoughtful.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Maybe having some more experiential options or lower price point options.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Goody to ensure gifts are used and not wasted, aligning with our sustainability values by letting recipients choose their gifts. I appreciate the high-quality products and the option to swap gifts, ensuring our gifts are meaningful and valued.

I appreciate the high-end quality of products, the variety of options available, and the branded swag options. I also love that you can create your own company page, making it feel personalized. It's great that there's something for everyone, allowing people to choose what they like rather than guessing. The initial setup was super easy, and I don't feel the need to try anything else because I love Goody.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I wish they had physical gift cards. I love the tangible feeling of a gift card and it can be easy to lose an email or for it to go to junk.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody saves me time picking gifts for clients, offers high-end, diverse options, and lets people choose what they like, avoiding the guesswork. I also love the branded swag and company page features.

 ### 41. Empowers Clients with Meaningful Gift Choices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myranda A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love the wide range of catalog choices in Goody, from wellness items to food treats and branded items. I also appreciate that clients or employees can choose their own gifts, either from a curated small list or the full catalog. It’s great that the platform provides gifts that people will actually use in real life, unlike the traditional swag items like pens and stress balls. Additionally, the initial setup of Goody was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

I wish I could've had access to more items instead of the 5 items that were chosen for me, like maybe the minimum in a curated catalog could be at least 10 items.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goody provides gifts for clients or employees that they will actually use, unlike traditional swag. I love the wide range of catalog choices, and clients or employees can choose their own gift either from a curated list or the full catalog.

 ### 42. No Minimum Quantities Means More Options for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

I love that there are so many products that have no minimum quantity. As a small company, this makes it easy for us to have lots of options to choose from!

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

My current challenge is that they don't have a company store feature, but its coming soon!!

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow us to send gifts to new employees (or award winners), but let those folks pick their own swag options so they always get something they WANT. Also, by sending the swag link via email, I don't have to worry about maintaining physical address lists.

 ### 44. Exceptional Accessibility and Ease of Use—Plus a Truly Valuable Webinar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

The accessibility and overall ease of use of their platform and offerings are exceptional. One recent standout was their webinar, which provided immense value and was genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

Initially, I found the minimums hard to work around as someone who often buys for a smaller team, but after the webinar I learned that so many items do not have minimums which was super helpful to learn.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one stop shop problem! And the ability to offer branded items! Often times, I find it is one or the other and the generic gifts tend to seem extremely generic- with goody, it feels so much more personalized (even without specific branding) ALSO- the ability for the customer/employee that is being gifted to be able to choose their gift is awesome.

 ### 45. Unique, Fun Gifts That Let Customers Choose Something Meaningful

Goody’s gifts are unique and so FUN to give. When I send a goody I can feel confident that my customers will be able to select something meaningful to them. Goody is both a way to get to know my customers better and celebrate their progress.

 ### 46. Premium, on brand gifting experience with Goody

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara S. | Manager, Culture & Community, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Goody?**

We use Goody for branded client gifting and it has completely changed how we approach swag and client appreciation. The software and ability to design your logo on these items in a storefront is so much fun. The fact it reduces any wasted inventory and provides our clients with so many more custom options is incredible. While the USA catalogue is by far the best, I still love the offerings they have - even for international clients with global shipping!

We are able to gift to hundreds of clients without ever needing to collect their shipping addresses, sizes, or personal details, which removes a huge amount of friction for both our team and our clients. The experience feels thoughtful, premium, and on-brand.

The support from the team I've received deserves a special call-out. The team has been incredibly responsive, personal and helpful throughout our implementation and setup. Huge shout-out to Grayson and Ronny in particular, who have answered my many questions and helped us get everything set up smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Goody?**

The only downside is because they work with multiple print on demand vendors, the consistency of the quality on branded items varies. I'd recommend personally ordering a run of each item to see for yourself before gifting to clients. Also, the packages the print-on-demand items get shipped out in are not branded, so the unboxing experience leaves a bit to be desired. Goody does offer fully branded gifting options, but we have chosen the option of flexibility for our clients so they can select the exact gift they want.

**What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an international client base and the cost and logistics of shipping out gifts internationally would take a significant amount of effort and time for our team. Having Goody manage the design, delivery, the production and the distribution of our gifts really makes them an incredible one-stop shop for our client gifting needs.

I have found Goody to be incredibly beneficial for our company, particularly for holiday gifting to our clients. The platform is exceptionally easy to use, which is a must for us as we handle bulk sends with gifts of different tiers to clients and prospects. I love the wide selection of gifts available on Goody, ensuring we can always find something suitable for everyone. It has certainly facilitated an increase in gift redemptions and retention rate, which has had a positive impact on our business operations and strengthened relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The customer success representative was a crucial part of our seamless setup, helping us choose a plan that aligned perfectly with our goals. Using Excel for easy bulk uploads of contact information streamlines our process, and the platform's requirement for only emails instead of full addresses is a huge time-saver. The custom card feature is especially valuable as it allows us to maintain our brand voice. We already plan to continue using Goody in the future because it continues to meet our gifting needs year after year.
