Love that I can import in images/slides/graphics into a slide set and add notes.

It's made my presentations slicker and allows me to carry a huge range of notes with me for whenever inspiration strikes.

I don't find the help tab very helpful. It's taken me several months to learn various functions and I'm not sure I'm fully utilising all features yet.

I wish the options were a bit more intuitive, for example adding in a photo could be done with a camera icon in the toolbar instead of several steps beforehand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Goodnotes is both easy to use and flexible, and offers the best handwriting experience I have found for Apple iPad and Apple Pencil. I use the app daily for both work and personal reasons. Keeping daily notes, meeting notes, personal diaries. A wide range of templates, covers and icons is available to use both paid for and free from the inbuilt store (I almost exclusively use the free ones).

Saved notebooks can be bookmarked and searched. The spell correct function is also very usable for your handwriting (but I'm not a GP, not sure it can strtch to that LOL). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not so much a dislike, but very much hoping to see the latest Apple APIs in future updates to enable the new writing tools coming for iPad OS 18 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Goodnotes every day to help keep my notes organised and concise. No longer is my desk filled with unorganised post-it notes. I can use Goodnotes to create proper annotated notes with context including photos. I'm the production manager for a small cabinet shop that hates paper. We were stoked when we found Goodnotes. It's really good, but it would be perfect for construction use if you offered an add-on or another version that allows us to scale and measure architectural drawings. Please consider this suggestion. I have been using Goodnotes for the better part of the last 1 year. I started with Goodnotes 5 and I am on the updated version 6 of the app. The best part of the app I love is the ability to backup my notes on Google Drive. This means I have a PDF version of all my notes readily available anytime I need it. The new AI summary features are amazing too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoodNotes has been indispensible for daily notetaking during meetings, signing documents, grading/marking up electronic papers, and for running online courses. It's easy to use and has a very minimal learning curve. The ability to convert hand-writing to typed text is extrememly useful as is the ability to quickly switch between tools and colors when it comes to note-taking and presentations. GoodNotes integrates well with virtual meeting software (GoogleMeet, Zoom, etc.) and is useful as a whiteboard while screen-sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only complaint I've had is the lack of greek letter recognition. I work with greek symbols frequently in my note-taking and courses. When using the writing-to-text, it would be nice to have the greek lettes appear. When handwriting notes, this is not a issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only enhancement that I would like to see is some kind of tagging or way of being able to search for actions that have been captured in a meeting and may need to be followed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
