Gliffy allows me to readily communicate ideas and concepts to various stakeholders and offers numerous types of diagram options.
The tool also makes it easy to locate the shapes/icons needed to effectively get an idea/concept across without having to go overboard with text.

The best idea is the one which everyone in the team can easily understand and Gliffy has been helping us achieve this. It makes it easy for us to represent our ideas and plans using flowcharts andother diagrams that are easy to interpret for everyone. Having better workflow plans is always the key to better work implementation but it does not always come that easy. Thankfully, Gliffy introduced us to workflow visualization by using diagrams and flowcharts and our work has never been this easy. It was so easy to learn how to use Gliffy since it provided us with alot of templates to guide us how to build diagrams that matches our specific needs. There's not much to dislike. My one complaint is that it is difficult to rearrange elements on a complex diagram if that diagram needs to be changed in key places.
