This past month I’ve vetted various quotes programs and GleanQuote has, by far, been the best proposal program I’ve used to date. I’ve never encountered a program more user-intuitive. One day into my trial run and I was pretty familiar with all the features you can use. The team I work with has multiple types of customers with different pricing, so we were looking for a program that’s extremely flexible while still being able to store product data (such as spec sheets, product detail, and images) that doesn’t change as frequently. There are various ways to set up your items and customized fields to input specific information. I love that you can set up layout and product templates for different types of quotes, but edit the layout per proposal with the drag-and-drop feature. Pricing is pretty fair in my opinion, and for its features, it’s a steal.

We have some very complex quoting requirements that Hubspot's own CRM couldn't resolve. Gleanquote is an incredibly sophisticated and customisable quoting tool - to say our requirements are fairly sophisticated, we don't even make use of half its capability but it delivers exactly what we need. The integration within Hubspot itself is seamless. GleanQuote is super customisable and has an enormous level of functionality. I must also mention the incredible onboarding service from Bill and Alan who could not have been more helpful, taking the time to understand our specific requirements and coming up with solutions for them. Even now when we need to troubleshoot an issue they are always more than happy to jump on a call and help us resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quote aesthetic itself would benefit from a little improvement - there are features and elements you can customise, but it would be great to be able to do more here to visually enhance. It has been a long process to adapt GleanQuote to our use, but we are very well supported by the team. GleanQuote is a truly powerful tool; you need to be comfortable with digital transformation to grasp and configure it in an advanced manner, but I am convinced that it will meet the CPQ you need! What I can criticize about GleanQuote is that it is complicated to understand for someone who is not in IT. The interface is sometimes a bit slow to respond, and occasionally, minor but annoying bugs can occur in the WYSIWYG builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GleanQuote simplifies the complicated process of crafting a high-quality quote like never before. The pre-built templates, which I find to be extremely time-saving, are ideal for me, and the ability to personalize them according to my company's branding gives me goosebumps. GleanQuote falls short behind on some components that make the tool unsuitable for complex projects. I won't be able to add menu costing structures to differentiate tiers or allot discounts. The solution is extremely comprehensive and rich in the features required for our needs straight 'out of the box'. We have some complex requirements in terms of our product configuration rules, pricing and the permissions we wanted to apply at a proposal template and user level. Additionally, the GleanQuote team were supportive throughout the implementation project, were approachable and could understand and empathise with our requirements. The team also listened to our feedback and change requests and provided us with great solutions to a number of requirements that were specific to our businesses requirements. The user interface is so intuitive that I was able to perform nearly all essential functions the first night of my trial without referencing instructions or help menus!
I have an enormous database of products with complex configurations. It was easy to import the primary product info, so I could be productive immediately. As I work in the system, I am learning new ways to use the product functionality that will be an enormous time saver. It's integrated with my HubSpot account, which adds even more value. I can quote from HubSpot, and the info feeds to and from GQ.
Another feature is the "customization" option that can be used for widgets: products, suppliers, customers, and more.
Most importantly, the proposal formatting is much more straightforward than other software I tested. I've yet to scratch the surface with all proposal capabilities, but from "go," the quotes are professional and can be integrated with attachments, images or videos.
I've just finished my trial, so there is surely more I could rave about; I just haven't discovered what it is yet.

Gleanview is by far the best quoting tool I have used; simple and effective. As a non-techy person, Gleanview has facilitated my job, making it at least 10x easier. I do not see myself using any other tool out there as long as Gleanview continues to do business. Top-notch customer service; impeccable. We are so happy with the GleanQuote system. Getting lift quotations previously was time-consuming, messy, and inaccurate until we found the solution, which works with our current CRM.
The GleanQuote allows us to take quotes to the next level by adding photos, customised pricing, and direct email delivery and may be sent straight to the client's inbox for e-signing and reposting back to us!
