Glance Support was incredibly flexible! Very rarely these days do I get responses from vendors willing to hop on a call day of -- Glance Support not only did that but two times over to help support our team and our requirements.

What do you like best about Glance?

It was easy to use and easy to get people logged on. It was built into our crm so it was a click of a button. Our crm is sales force. Easier than Go to meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike. Nothing missing at all. Everything works as it should. Nothing that it didn't offer. I can't think of anything that would make it better. No improvement needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Go to meeting was hard to use and inconvenient. Sometimes it took 20 minutes to get someone connected. With Glance it's easy. Less than a few minutes. Efficiency is very high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glance?

I like the features that are provided in that like screen share and the inbuild communicator setup that is very useful for the representative while resolving any customer issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glance?

An interactive view and being able to work remotely with the Customer as if I am there. Customers don’t want step by step direction, they want you to do it. This is the next best thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glance?

When I load the program for the day, it takes forever! Managers have advised us to open the program and leave it open to troubleshoot this delay. Even it running in the background slows my computer down. It’s best to load upon using but it’s still being tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Online Banking navigation issue. Customers may not know where to go or how to enable this access. With this program, we are able to help Customers much more efficiently just like their family members can. *I cannot upload a screenshot. The program is only available internally to employees.
