Giveffect has been extremely beneficial for our non-profit charity. We could not be happier. The format itself is amazing and allows for us to communicate with our donors in many ways. GivEffect has been able to link all of our development and volunteer needs together in one database. We have enjoyed being able to see everything at a glance, offer online training and sign up for our volunteers as well as online portals for our donors to monitor their records. Our staff also enjoys the ease of using the system and how everything is there if you need something from online training videos to chat with a person. The cost is also great for our budget. In terms of volunteer management, the database is not user friendly. The calendar is difficult to read, the fields auto clear any time you change something, the terms change depending on what part of the interface you're using, there are a multitude of things that could be added as options to make things easier for new people.
