What do you like best about Givecloud?

Its extremely user friendly, and has easy integration of our donor base system Donor Perfect. This saves loads of time when donations are made online having them automatically entered in to our donor base for receipting. As GiveCloud's technology advances, and their development team sources clients to make the platform the most functional and mission-minded for nonprofit organizations' fundraising efforts, my organization has been able to test new tools and keep the trusted functions of our longtime use. What do you dislike about Givecloud?

I've previously felt like a "test kitchen" for new functions wherein I have to troubleshoot and feel frustration on my own (with only basic HTML knowledge or experience) to create a custom webpage. This amount to a lot of trial and error, which is time consuming. But again, I've found the GiveCloud tech team is responsive when a client needs help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
