I'm a DonorPerfect user but their donation pages are dated and not well optimized. However GiveCloud integrates well with them, has many tuning options, tips, and a modern UI for conversion optimized donations. It's really easy to put together a custom flow and install it on our website or link directly to it. It's our primary donation flow that gets used by donors every week. I love the integration with Donor Perfect. It makes tracking gifts for specific events and campaigns easy and efficent for both the fundraising and database adminsitration team. It was easy to implement givecloud as we replaced our previous software. I have had a wonderful experience with the custom support team. They are prompt and helpful every time I need support. I believe many of the specialists could benefit from more training. During our onboarding process, the specialists often couldn’t answer our questions and referred us to the Development team, leading to delays of days or even weeks.
