GiveCloud somewhat recently revamped their back end CMS, and I find it to be more difficult to navigate. It doesn't feel well organized in the left sidebar navigation, so I find myself having to click around a lot to find what I'm looking for.
I also wish GiveCloud allowed users to send out test emails within their Automated email function. We have to submit test donations in order to make sure formatting looks good in automated emails (like order confirmation emails) and then refund ourselves for the donation, which is a hassle.
