What do you like best about Givecloud?

What drew us to GiveCloud really was the look of it. All the forms and storefronts look so modern and professional. Ours looked out of date and we're difficult to navigate.

With our Givecloud setup, we finally have a customer interface that's simple, attractive, and so easy to use that we are seeing an increase in donations over just a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givecloud?

The backend can be counterintuitive and we've had a few small issues with getting the lists for events right. Like when one person signs themself and a friend up in one purchase, it's tough to parse that information with a report.

What do you like best about Givecloud?

As the website administrator at TACF, I've used the GiveCloud platform at least once a week for the past two years. In addition, our organization used it for years before I came on. What I like best about GiveCloud is the customer service. New AI enhancements to live chat generally give me the answer I'm looking for in seconds. When the answer isn't satisfactory, I'm usually able to speak to a live person via chat within minutes. I find the interfaces simple and easy to work with and implementation is generally straightforward. Our development team has appreciated the level of integration with DonorPerfect. What do you dislike about Givecloud?

While GiveCloud has a great suite of features, there are occasionally things I wish we could do that are not available within the platform. Though they consistently take these suggestions to heart and release improvements, I wish the general depth of functionality was still greater. What do you like best about Givecloud?

The best part about GiveCould is the integration with DonorPerfect. It can enhance our online forms. It has made our online form look much more professional and user-friendly.

The ease of the product and the implementation of the system are impressive.

What do you like best about Givecloud?

Give cloud is easy to use. I access and use it often. And when I need help, there is a great knowledge base, training videos, and personal 1:1 support is only a few minutes away. What do you like best about Givecloud?

Give Cloud lives in the Non-Profit E-commerce world and integrates with Donor Perfect. We have used their services for years. They host our website, provide all e-commerce for our website and we use their point of sale feature in our gallery. They are designed not for a "transacational" process but a "relationship" process which is vital in our sector. We must know our customer and how they support our mission in the unique ways non-profits operate. Automation allows for quick receipts to donors that a receipt and a heartfelt thank you. Has membership options if that is part of your mission. We sell art and classes as well as take donations. We love the product and reccomend it the sector partners. What do you dislike about Givecloud?

As a smaller company that has been growing we would love for them to add greater options to POS side of their business including use of card readers. Currently staff manually types in card data. We would also love if they can add thermal printers for receipts to make our transaction process quicker and more environmentally friendly. We have also asked them to update and bring back with donation kiosk program. I do find that they are willing to listen to suggestions about these upgrades but struggle to implement them. What do you like best about Givecloud?

I like that I'm able to search for donors and it quickly pulls up their history of donations and information. I like that it helps mark and identify spam users, and I like the technical support team, they are always very friendly and try to help my issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givecloud?

Creating websites or other technical elements. I do not find this process very user friendly at all. As someone with absolutely no web developing experience, the website set up is not easy to learn. After almost 4 years working with this program, I am just now starting to feel comfortable with some things, and others I completely avoid. For example, when I have to make a new page for an event or some other reason for my organization, I strictly do this using the "Feeds and Blogs" section. The Pages and Menu section is beyond my scope of knowledge and I cannot figure it out. I also wish the Chat help feature was more live. I know the help team usually responds pretty quickly, but often I find I have to write the question, leave the task I was working on, move on to something else, get the reply a few hours (or the next day) later, and then return to what I was working on. The start, stop, start process is disruptive to my day, when often my question could have been answered in just a couple of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
