What do you like best about Getro?

We recently transitioned to using Getro as our Jobs board to aggregrate job openings across our portfolio and the transition was incredibly smooth. From the first outreach I've loved interacting with the team who are super accommodating, flexible, friendly and genuinely keen to build great products for their customers. And the jobs board functions well and is always up to date. We're now looking to add their Getro Connect product also! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Getro?

What do you like best about Getro?

The platform is great - does exactly what it's supposed to do - with no issues. The onboarding service was spectacular - likely spent 30mins listing out our PortCos, and then another 30mins of calls and messages with the team in total, and our website was live!

Love that the platform not only pulls in jobs data, it also gives access to those company's staff to be admins - automatically on the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Getro?

I've been using Getro for the last 5 months and more recently upgraded to GetroConnect. I am Head of Talent at a gaming VC with almost 100 companies in our investment portfolio. And as a team of 1 assisting founders with talent and hiring, Getro does a great job of scaling my efforts.

What do you dislike about Getro?

At this point, I just wish it had more features as I'm happy with everything else so far. More automated matchmaking against our job board would be excellent as it's currently a manual exercise to initiate AI matchmaking for each individual role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Getro?

For a VC, the talent model we're building needs to be low touch, but broad in terms of the things we can offer to our startups. Getro's features are purpose built for our use case and super easy to use and implenent. Integration to our website was simple, and the UI is easy to navigate. The reports will also provide valuable data long term for us to look at hiring trends and patterns in our portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Getro?

In terms of use, there have been none. The only slight downside is the timezone cross over with Australia. but that's true of a lot of SaaS products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Getro?

- Customer Support: The team has been delightful to work with since the first call! They're responsive and are very invested in the process (brainstorming and contributing to every step of the launch).

- Full stack: They have a complete suite of features/functionalities that we'd been searching for in a talent tool - the job board, talent pool, ai-matches (between jobs and profiles in the pool), ability to create and automatically update lists.

- Ease of implementing and rolling-out: The sign-up/onboarding process has been very comprehensive. They always shared complete details on how to "complete" each step - with guides, checklists, email/call follow-ups.

- Speed & Quality: The team's been very timely on delivering everthing. The product is very sleek (not just the external job board but the admin portal as well), and in terms of customer service, they've been very proactive and involved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Getro?

Getro's customer success team is just ... the best. They're incredibly responsive, and even if they don't have an immediate technical solve to some sort of bug, they're fantastic at playing back to us where they're at in the process of tackling it with reliable frequency. I've also just genuinely enjoyed each interaction I've had with anyone on their team – super warm and competent to boot! Finally, their actual jobs board product is a huge benefit for our work; all of the automated updates and career-page-scrapes removes SO much of what would otherwise be manual work on our end to update our own jobs board. What do you dislike about Getro?

I know their team has been working on enhancing the "trackability" of success through the jobs board, enabling users like us to better understand how and where the jobs board has been the main mechanism for a job-seeker landing any given job being promoted. What do you like best about Getro?

I love the simplicity of using Getro as an admin and being able to check all of the insights.

What do you like best about Getro?

I like that we can easily add companies and scrape thier jobs. The implementaion process has been easy and the Getro team has been great with answering all my questions in a timly manor. What do you dislike about Getro?

It would be nice to have additional filters for the jobs board, such as a "remote" or "hybrid" filer than can show up in the location tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
