What do you like best about GetAccept?

After a long benchmark and many consultations, almost two years ago, the choice of GetAccept was obvious. GetAccept is still today the only electronic signature platform compatible with our contracting process (the adaptability of the tool to our processes, the integration of APIs, the support and kindness of the teams). What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Given that we have successfully integrated the GetAccept solution into our processes, it is difficult to find negative points. If the solution allowed sending multiple quotes per proposal, it would have saved us a lot of development, but no solution on the market integrates this point as we expect. What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept is a great solution for business and sales. Since I started using it, it made my work much faster and easier. GetAccept lets my company and my customers save time, money and paper. It's very easy to use and user friendly.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

We initially discovered GetAccept via the integration/app marketplace on Hubspot. After a trial run and discussion with GA staff, we decided to onboard the software because it allowed us to streamline the process of sending contracts. We invest a lot of time inputting data and sales info into the Hubspot CRM so it makes sense that our contracts would also come from that data hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

There are some elements of the Hubspot integration that are not perfect and still require a little QC oversight, but not enough that it stops us from using it (nor do I think it's a fault of GA; I think it's more on Hubspot). I have provided additional feedback regarding: UX to our GA CSM, and she has been helpful in either showing me how the software already does that/a solution workaround or has taken my feedback, and perhaps we'll see that in the future. What do you like best about GetAccept?

Super easy to use drag and drop interface that saves changes instantly. Implementation was a breeze - easier than a single call to tech support for our old solution. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I love the ability to add so much information to my Digital Sales Room, my customers love that visibility. I also love the ability to track how often a customer is returning to view a Sales Room or a contract to gauge interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

I wish editing contracts/sales rooms was a little more fluid. Sometimes I'm restrained to pushing a signature to a page number, and having to drag it to the correct one. I wish it was a tiny bit more user friendly on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

We chose GET ACCEPT with several objectives:

- To have a modern electronic signature tool,

- To share documents between different collaborators and offices,

- To secure document archiving,

- To standardize the sending of certain deliverables.

Everything is gathered on the tool, with an added bonus of activity tracking dashboards to better manage, particularly the commercial activity of our consultants.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

As a seller I am focused on helping prospects review our services in an efficient and engaging way. The Deal Room helps me do that - I particularly like how flexible the deal room is allowing for multiple formats of content. There are great insights delivered from prospect activity in deal rooms and contracts allowing me to understand when there is interaction from the prospect. What do you dislike about GetAccept?
